Friendly staff, nice hotel, good breakfast except Fake bacon. Lol. They are in the middle of what sounded like starting over with new people from top to bottom.

All of this is trivial, but still annoying. The kleenex box had the blue strip showing when we got to the room, which meant about 3 kleenex were left. Towel rack was broken in room. And toilet paper was 2 very low rolls & both ran out. No close food. Traffic in town was really busy.

Wide variety of breakfast options!! The egg bowl was delicious - thanks! Wide variety of HOT DRINKS: teas, hot chocolate and coffee !!! The kitchen, office and bedroom areas are modern, stylish and comfortable! The rooms were very 'roomy' !!

The shower stall needs to be renovated - tiles need to be replaced, more modern and bring it up to the standard of the rest of the room. The shower door is in good condition so just the tiles and fixtures.

My car was broken into. Had to spend money I didn’t really have at the time. I was there bc my dad is in the Carolina Medical Center. I stayed almost a month at max rate so these are only bad spots abt the stay. Needs 24 hour security!!!!

The hotel is amazing! My flight was cancelled and LaDawna helped me rebook another night. The staff are friendly and polite plus the breakfast is amazing.

My room didn’t cleaned some days but wasn’t a big deal.

The location of our stay was good. The rooms were quiet. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and greeted us when we came by.

The breakfasts were lacking in freshness. We were often up early as we had meetings to attend at 8 & 9 am. The cooked food was hard & old. When we first arrived there was no one at the desk. We had to call out "hello" about three times, until my husband walked in back & said "hello" again. The comment made by the staff was " you should have called out "hello!" We told her that we did three times. She then apologized. We requested extra bedding. We were told they would bring it. An hour later, we went and got it. One morning we thought we'd have cereal, we got a carton of sour milk that was poured into the cereal before we noticed that the milk was sour - resulting in a lost appetite. 😟 One morning there was no coffee.

The staff was friendly , and location was perfect. I could get to anywhere I needed with in 15-20 mins

one of the reasons I wanted to come to this hotel was for the indoor pool . the indoor pool was closed and wasn’t really given a reason why . then the elevators broke for 3 days . out of my 7 days there I saw on my 1st day I saw a stink bug .. ok no big deal they are located by water and trees . On my last day there I saw a roach in refrigerator. I had snacks in there for my long stay . I just left it 🤮.

While we did not use it as a family, the work space was very nice. The room was well arranged, having a curtain to separate the bed area from the pull out couch. It was very clean, and the staff were friendly, professional, and competent.

We weren't able to control the room heat as much as we would have expected and the room above us sounded like a herd of elephants.

The room was very spacious!! The service was wonderful and the rooms and facility was very clean! We loved Miss Rita! She was fabulous

Some of the appliances could be updated, like the dishwasher and the couch was a little hard to pull out, but it was a very comfortable stay for our family

The staff at the desk was knowledgeable on activity info plus directions helping us find local restaurants for dinner in the area. This was our first time in Charlotte.

It was acceptable to most things.

Fabulous stay. Was not on the beach, but was only approximately a 5 minute drive to Isle of Palm county Beach. Accommodations were very good, comfy beds and pillows, a heated saltwater outdoor pool, plentiful seating areas in the lobby and a hot breakfast available. We were traveling with my dog so we selected a dog friendly hotel and with this one we hit the jackpot 😊
