checking in was quick, room was clean, breakfast was very good. best breakfast ive had at a hotel in a while. although the fruit was definitely old. food for dinner was also really good. great stay.

we arrived towards the end of happy hour, i ordered 2 long island teas for my 2 comp drinks. the first bar tender said 1 long island is 2 drinks. which ive never had that issue before. then he made the most disgusting drink ive ever had. a cup full of sour and nothing else. i went back to the bar a few minutes later, to ask if i could just get something else because it was so bad, the other bartender made a MUCH better drink. i had to be charged for it, but the first bartender guy shouldnt be a bar tender, he was a terrible experience all around. the 2nd guy, had red hair i think his name was tom and made everything right and we ended up spending more money at the bar because of him.

The room was very nice. The pool the and breakfast and outdoor fire pit and fitness center are good.

I didn’t feel safe out side of the hotel. They should cut back the trees and maybe some fencing. The police officer said have good camera. However my car was broken into. Hopefully the will have more police at night and early mornings. The traffic and having to make a U turn at the light. There is also homeless that’s in the area. They have a lot different people working in the hotel that do speak a lot of English.

The property was clean. There were free drinks and snacks. The staff during breakfast was the highlight. They were sweet, kind and understanding. We got this hotel after fleeing from the hurricane and having damage to our property

The front desk staff weren’t too nice, except for Daniel, he was exceptional. The others were grumpy and didn’t want to help with getting basic needs, like towels and toothbrushes.

Room size was great

One man with staff always harass guest It's not everyone, just him for some reason. The last time I was there, he said he had a noise complaint from the room next to mine, walking in my room without knocking using his key. When I addressed who called the complaint, he pointed to my sisters room. When he realized we caught him in a lie, he called the police on use. I didn't want to stay here ever again but my family wanted to, and again here he come.

It was very nice clean and spacious a great location it’s definitely my stay every time I’m in charlotte I wouldn’t want to stay any where else

The Wi-Fi was horrible I had some work to get done and my kid had a term paper to finish up and the Wi-Fi was very slow only was buffering and we made a few complaints but it was like an oh well type answer that was unsaid verbally but body language said it all so that’s that

The happy hour and breakfast. I also like the two room suite idea.

The overall property is nice. Some specific things about what is in the room and about breakfast were lacking. Need firmer pillows, or at least the choice of firm. Breakfast, was good Friday morning but then Saturday, no waffles were available, creamers ran out by 9:00 and the container at the bottom was in dire need of cleaning!

Breakfast was the best. James was the BEST chef I've ever had for breakfast at ANY hotel. He really seems to love his job. He is so pleasant and kind. He needs to lead a training in customer service. He honestly changed my review from an ok stay to a very pleasant one.

Breakfast ended too soon. The reception was too short. These are both the reason my family chooses Embassy over any other. So to have them cut short was a little sad.

The bar staff was nice and professional.

The person who checked me in didn't explain anything or speak to me until she asked for my name, reservation number, and card. Very unprofessional. She didn't ask or give me a parking pass. One of the cooks at the omelet station (the older guy) made everyone omelet look like slop. The younger guy and woman did a wonderful job, and it actually looked like an omelet.

The breakfast was very good. I didn't know there was a omelet station. It was amazing. The cooks was so nice and patient. All the food was fresh and hot. Even the ladies clearing the table was nice, friendly and attentive. We were surprised that all the rooms was inside the building. Never seen that before. Pretty neat.

I wish I didn't have to leave.

I enjoy the staff at the front desk they were helpful. I enjoy the full breakfast it was good and the staff was helpful.

The room had a refrigerator that had mold and the furniture was chip and worn out. The faucet was shaken when turn on. The plumbing needed to be tighten. The maid service was very poor. The lady didn't clean the room nor change the bed while I was there for 3 nights.
