The room was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. Also, the front desk attendant was very kind and helpful!

The credit card reader on the drink vending machine for my floor was not working properly, so I couldn't get the drink I was craving during the night!

The rooms are always clean, the location is perfect, and the price is very competitive for the area

The only issue I had was that the maid service never asked if we needed anything for the 2 days that we occupied our room

Staff is very very nice and super understanding. Always around when I needed them. Very clean rooms as well.

First night there was no hot water but the front desk lady compensated and gave me a different room. Also no breakfast but that’s ok too.

The room was clean, temperature of the room was great

There was little to no hot water in the sink or shower, after checking out I told the manager, and she adjusted the bill for the inconvenience and said she would take care of the problem. It was handled very well

I like everything about my stay

I was there for a week, housekeeper never came to take out trash. Had to get trash bags from front desk.

Shuttle bus service to and from the airport and to Greyhound Bus station. Close walking to various shops and bars..

Nothing bad nothing good just blah. The bed was the best thing about this hotel

Ice machine wasn’t on the floor I stayed on. Only saw it on the main floor.

The property is definitely in a great location easy to find but the hotel it self isn’t worth the money I paid.

The beds are too hard the floors need to be a little bit cleaner.

The staff was very friendly. Easy, quick check in. The lobby and other facilities were very clean.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Looks like it was a rushed cleaning job in the room. My mom was an executive housekeeper for years. The room was not cleaned properly.

The area was very good for breakfast and lunch and dinner meals all were very close together and excellent food and home feeling.
