Absolutely perfect for our overnight stay! Both our room and all facilities were spotless! Our beds were so comfortable, the decor was spot-on, the TV had “Welcome” with my name on the screen when we walked in which made me smile, the shower had great pressure, and the bagel bar continental breakfast was perfect! Last but definitely not least, was being greeted at check in with a big smile and friendly staff!

The staff were very professional. The whole motel was clean, even the outside. The breakfast was very good. They had hot waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal or grits. They had cold muffins, bagels, boiled eggs and yogurt. The sitting area was not cramped. Our room was clean and everything was in good working order. It was quiet and we slept great. There were plenty of food choices close by to chose from and they even delivered to the motel. It was a great stay at an affordable price.

I can't think of anything. Our stay was great for the price of the motel.

The room was clean and in good condition. I was happy to see a hand soap dispenser at the bathroom sink so that we didn't have to use the little bars of soap. It would be nice if the hardboiled eggs were already peeled and if there was "real" half-n-half or cream for the coffee.

The heater/ac was very noisy. There were loud noises outside that woke me up several times as if the walls or windows weren't thick enough. One time it was a dog barking and another time was a siren. There was a room playing loud music that we passed when we arrived, but we were several doors down and it didn't affect us.

I loved my stay and everything about my room. I like how when house keeping to clean my room all I had to do was tell them what I needed and the would do it for me. I also liked how the front desk would greet every time you come through the doors.

I loved my stay and everything about it, however I was a little disappointed with the breakfast bar, because the only thing they had was yogurt, bagels and muffins and not everyone eats that kind of food every day. I would have loved to see a true hot breakfast bar with different foods and fresh fruit on it.

A beautiful hotel. When checking in the desk clerk was so friendly and helpful. Our room was so comfortable. Loved the decor. Loved the breakfast area too. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed at.

had an issue when checking out. We wanted to pay with cash but she had already put it on the card. She rudely said I wish you had told me before I checked you out. She didn't offer to take it off the card for us. I think she could have handled this with a better attitude.

Stopper in the BR sink was stuck closed and difficult to drain. There was carpeting all over the floor except in the BR. I traveled with two small dogs so carpeting can be difficult. It was nice bc it was indoor/outdoor type that cleaned easily but some tiled or vinyl flooring somewhere or a pet friendly room with LV flooring would be nicer.

We were there for a very short time overnight but the staff from the minute we arrived until we left were exceptionally friendly and made us feel right at home! We were very pleased with the value/cost of this facility and the service we received from the staff! Our bedding was very comfortable and our room was clean. Even the maintenance staff who were there to clean the next morning greeted us on our way out and told us to have a wonderful day. I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. Very pleased

it was close enough to the convention center that I could get there easily - my room was nice and comfy, enjoyed the bagel breakfast - which suited me perfectly - coffee was pretty good too! employees were friendly and helpful.

the chair at the desk was very uncomfortable - I had work to do in my room each day and had to put a pillow in the chair to be able to sit in it for any length of time.
