My boyfriend and I stayed at this location in mid June 2024, and the experience was great. Overall, I would rate the hotel a 8/10, we wanted to go to Carowinds and this was a perfect location, only a 10-15 drive to the park. My King room(#102) looked just like the photos and when we walked into the room it smelled of cleaning products, which made me feel extra comfortable. I checked the bed, the sheets were fresh, and although I asked for extra towels I got the regular amount. The only downfall to this hotel was that the pool was closed for 2 weeks due to them waiting for a cleaning team. So this sucked for us since we didn’t visit the water park in Carowinds. In closing, I would 100% book this room again the staff was kind and extremely helpful!! Thank you all for the hospitality. Also the breakfast was convenient as well, they have great coffee.

The room accoutrements included a very large screen 51"? TV, microwave, medium fridge, soft- close double-door wardrobe, plenty of task lighting, etc. Although they have one, our ride was not the usual shuttle bus, but a gray (for your future reference) eight-person Honda Odyssey with nicely appointed interior and a Wyndham Garden placard. The vehicle was quite a nice change in terms of clean, personal comfort, and included two-sided power sliding doors, and a much appreciated client-controlled digital climate panel. I'll stay here again. It worked for me. Place is Under New Management and rapidly progressing so beware older review that no longer reply. One example would be roaches in bed bugs. This place has an top notch 96% cleanliness rating from the Charlotte Hotel oversight bureau (can't remember the official name the governing body). $85 all up, all in via booking.com was good price and beat the available comparables and represented a very good value.

the toilet seat had a small crack that broke all the way through when I sat on it, but I can tell from mgmt's attentiveness that that will be fixed shortly.

It was located near a lot of shopping centers, restaurants, and Costco. I also would like to point out that the staff was AWESOME. My daughter dropped her necklace down the sink I bought her. I notified staff and within 5mins someone came up to take apart the pipe and I retrieved my daughters necklace. Thanks a million to the staff.

The breakfast options were not good, it only had one waffle such a big hotel , which created a long line, the where the food was, was very congested.

The staff was welcoming and attentive at check in.

Location - The site is adjacent to a "gentlemen's club," giving the area a vibe. Once on the property, there were questionable females loitering outside - smoking and chatting up guys. I cannot attest to motives or actions, but it made my spouse and me uncomfortable. The airport transport was shaky for the early (0400) run. The driver was late, keys were lost, etc. Things got sorted, but not until customers were visibly irritated. Conversation in the van eventually became civil and all was well.

The location was awesome!!! Our room overlooked the McLaren dealership so it was fun to watch the cars every morning. Also we were in walking distance to other dealerships like Ashton Martin & Ferrari. Chili’s & Star Bucks around the corner & no more than 10-15 minutes away from downtown.

Free breakfast - Of the 3 days we got breakfast once because it ran out and even that was limited to a waffle

Upon arrival, I was disappointed that there wasn't a pool but once inside I didn't mind that there wasn't a pool. The place was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean

I didn't like that I couldn't get in the side door with my key and I had to walk around to get back in.

Breakfast was great at 6:30 am. Waffles, sausage, eggs, hash browns, yogurt, biscuits, milk, and chocolate milk. Yum! Great shower pressure, nice shower head, and a curtain that bumped out to give more room.

Missing a lamp on the table making it a dark room. Had to read in the bathroom. Missing drain in sink.

Location and easy to go to the rehab facility . I am handicapped so the room and bathroom were according to my needs . Their staff were helpful when I needed to move around and housekeepers were always smiling made me feel like I was at home

Breakfast were not according to my needs . I am diabetic couldn’t eat no waffles or blueberry muffins or either cereal . I was wondering why they couldn’t serve eggs and bacon . But my grandson enjoyed all the sweet goodies :-)

Only the breakfast situation was a bit not to my satisfaction . I need it to get up very early so I could get breakfast at 6 am after 6:40 it was nothing left specially in the weekend weekdays was a bit better . It was good still put out but on weekends not enough food for everyone hardly refilled every hour like it was supposed and had seen in other places that make sure they know all the Customers had plenty to eat .

The location was comfortable. We arrived late about 930pm - 1000. We couldnt fiqure the tv out. So we talked for a little while. Next day i happen to look behind the televisiob and what do you know. We discovered cable. We didn't have breakfast because we slept in a little late. Our stay couldn't have been more perfect. Everything in the room worked just fine. Thank you
