Comfortable

Could not watch TV, trouble with remote Neighbors outside blowing, yelling and Raisin hell

The beds were extremely comfortable and the air conditioner was amazing and the the room got cold within minutes which was awesome but I will say the room itself was okay I did notice there was a couple bruises on the door but that's okay. if I had to stay here again I would pick that exact room again and it was great for the price I paid and if I ever stayed a weekend again I would pick this exact Motel.

Very clean, house keeping cleaned our room once a week and didn’t touch any of our things the 3 times they came and cleaned while we were at work.

I WiFi stopped working and we kept being told that nothing was wrong with the Internet on their end.

We had to stay there unexpectedly because our flight had been delayed. It was easy to find, the room was freshly renovated.

We wanted to stay an extra night, because our kuggage had been lost and we wanted to wait before driving to our final destination. The extra night would have been 20 dollar more than the first because we would have had the room for an additional 26 hours. So we checked out.

The price was very good compared to most Charlotte properties

It’s in a terrible neighborhood and many vagrants milling about. The auora of the building was suspect. However the rooms were modern and clean.

The bed was very noisy when you rolled over and it was not very comfortable.

Poor communication amongst staff members. The staff members were rude and were not willing to help. At one point in time, a cleaner just bashed into my room without knocking. For some reason the staff at the reception did the same thing. He said I paid for one night meanwhile I had paid for three nights. He later went to check and actually found I paid for 3 nights. No apologies afterwards. The staff did not communicate among themselves and for some reasons I had to extend my stay with a night staff. He noted it on the system but the day staff could not find it on the system which was surprising. When I checked in, , the night staff made a copy of my passport but yet the day staff could not find it and had to make another. That was horrific. I wondered where he kept it. The staff was not sure who I was and could not find my booking even after I had paid them. I had to give them a copy of my payment receipts. Again I found this strange and I thought they were disorganised as well. The staff were extremely rude and not helpful. Even when I asked for a cab number, it was hard to get a number from them. Even when I was in the office explaining something, all they wanted to do is to kick me out of the office. Poor customer service. No respect for customers.. Rude staff. Bad service. But the room was nice and clean, the bathroom facilities were all fine. It would be great if they can do more training around customer service and communication strategies at work place.

Clean room, sheets, and bathroom. Hardwood floors, flat screen tv, and quiet. Strong WiFi signal

There was a chain lock added for more security instead of the metal latch. I placed the office chair under door handle for added security.
