We especially love the King Suite with the jacuzzi tub. That is our main reasoning for staying at this hotel. This is our 3rd stay here and we love the friendly staff. Everything went lovely. Enjoyed our delicious breakfast. Our kids enjoyed the large, outdoor, clean pool.

The only thing that I could say we didn’t like was our 2nd stay in room 405, we couldn’t get the jacuzzi tub to work properly. It was stuck on the very low setting but, that was not a biggie for most people. We won’t stay in that room again though because, the jacuzzi tub is why we go here. The leaf blower guy came around the pool blowing leaves at an odd hour while everyone was enjoying the pool. Other parties seemed disturbed but, we didn’t mind.

From the moment we checked in, you could feel the energy that the employees here really enjoyed working there! They showed the most respect I have ever received at any hotel!! 100% will always be my go to when we go to Charlotte! It was so convenient to the highway. A couple late night eating places. Breakfast bar was clean and well kept stocked. The lady that was going behind us restocking as everybody was eating was very punctual and polite considering the morning crowd she was dealing with!! 100% recommended!!

Love the location area... and had a great time while I stayed for 11 days and even after I very brief issue.. the staff was on it doing great job to make sure these 3 minor issues were taken care of 💯 percent.. all staff was great except one member Rita at front desk has been perfect.. she's a really genuine sweet person and if I was having a bad morning she she'll make you forget about whatever it was that had you upset with in the first place .. the world needs more people like her I guarantee everyone one would be much happier and the world would be a better place.... I'm a local so the next time I'm in a bad mood, I'm just going to drop in and wish Ms Rita a great morning

Check in staff and Breakfast staff (Ms. Pat & the gentleman at the front desk). The hotel was prime location to all the stores. Great traffic to and from hotel.

The room did have many maintenence issues. Bathroom sink stopper was broken (we had manually release the water), the handle in the kitchen was also broken and the was a hole of the bathroom door. Maintenence never showed up our entire stay.

The room was so nice and clean. The staff was lovely, the pool was so nice. I misses breakfast sadly but heard good things. Highly recommend this for a clean, affordable, comfortable & well located stay in Charlotte ! Nicer than I even expected ! I will be coming back for a low-key stay.

I have 0 complaints. The mattress probably was the only thing I didn't love. My room was spacious and clean!

Loved the staff the breakfast lady name Pat she is so helpful and kind and the manager Rosalyn was super helpful and understanding.

Loved that the hotel was clean and affordable also the pool was nice and the breakfast was delicious and up to standards everyone so professional and friendly.

Breakfast was good. I suggest scrambled eggs versus the western omelettes - They were very salty. Have packets for Oatmeal as well as the grits to use.

Folks yelling in hallways after 10 PM on 2nd floor It stated on your web site that it was Pet Friendly. But did NOT say there was additional fees associated with having a pet. This should be included on the web site so we know what to expect.

I always feel that the Hampton has the most comfortable beds. The accommodations rank well compared with more expensive hotels.

The tub was small and a little awkward to shower in. However, I made it work.
