Convenient to things we wanted to do

The beds , it felt like we was sleeping on rocks. And the breakfast was no good, the waffle mix was either old or the company that puts it out forgot an ingredient because it would separate when cooked and made it impossible to remove it from the waffle irons

The beds were very comfortable and I liked the layout of the room. The TV was mounted to the wall too, so it left space for other things. The room was a good size, it was very clean. The breakfast was great, and staff was helpful and great.

The toilet was slow or not wanting to flush, there were pretty big scuffs or scratches all over the doors in the room. There was mold on top of the ceiling crevice in the shower. I kept having issues with the outlets being loose. And sometimes my items were plugged in and they didn't work. I did overhear another guest talking about money being stolen by someone out of their room along with all of their towels, not my experience, but important to think about.

I think the breakfast at this location is the best feature overall. The breakfast is hot with a large selection. The menu today was gravy biscuits, eggs, waffles, grits, oatmeal, bagels, sweet rolls, cereal come up toast, fresh fruits and juice and milk. Usually there's a meat serves such as a sausage patties or bacon or something but it was gravy and biscuits today. I had 2 servings.

There isn't much to complain about this place it has everything that I need if I could change something it would be the laundry using quarters only it should have an upgrade where you can use a debit card

Fairly close to the airport and we parked our car there for 4 weeks and went our trip. The rate was good and had the shuttle to take us to the airport and bad=ck. The car was safe and hotel staff were very friendly. The breakfast had a variety of food choices. We could also have eggs and sausage freshly made.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The afternoon shift shuttle driver was great - very polite and helpful, even though we had a lot of bags! Check-in was easy, and the desk attendant was very helpful!

The early morning shuttle driver was not as helpful and reacted very negatively when he saw how many bags we had.

The rooms were clean and comfortable even though it is an older facility. Also, the corridor was very quiet throughout the night which was a plus.

Rooms being clean was most important! Other areas of the hotel could use some of the same attention to detail.

The location was great!

The kitchen staff, she was very rude. I understand that breakfast is over at 9:30 but to turn the lights off with a dining room full of people was very rude. She also turned off the television and was talking peoples cups off the table. One person had to run her down for there coffee. Just unacceptable honestly! Everything else was great! Very pleasant front desk staff and housekeepers!

Close to the highway and plenty of stores and restaurants around!

Bathroom was gross! The water runs brown you have to let it run for awhile for it to clear up. We were told it was nothing we could do about it.

The price the area and it was better then the other hotels near by hotel and breakfast was a bonus when traveling safely was everything so I will bring me and my family back in the future

The toilet seat is way to low

I like that the staff was very accommodating and very nice. I would recommend this place to my family and friends when they go to Charlotte. I really enjoyed my stay.

I did not like the bathroom. The bathroom is very outdated. The housekeeper needs to vacuum the floor. Someone was smoking. The guest washer machine broke.
