Location, Room clean and spacious

The staff I booked at this location a month ago. it wouldn’t be my first time. i always come here and recommend others as well. i’ve never had a problem until my last visit. i was asked if i wanted to do valet, we declined valet because we know the area well and wanted to park ourselves. i was yet charged for valet for both nights of my stay. i have been calling this location for an entire month trying to get in touch with a manager. i’ve never received my security deposit back. i was told to wait a week, then it switched to 14 days. then i was told to wait 30 days. i am completely upset and will not recommend this location anymore.

Room, GYM was ok, and breakfast was great and everything clean.

GYM and Valet communication on free parking was not correct.

The hotel was very clean and modern with a nice bar and excellent ambience. The shower pressure was outstanding, and the breakfast selection was good - comparable to most hotels' complimentary offerings. Overall, the property itself is well-maintained and pleasant.

Communication between departments needs improvement. Despite multiple calls about extra bedding for the trundle bed, there were several mix-ups that resulted in unnecessary disruptions when we were trying to get the children settled for bed. The lobby and breakfast area were also uncomfortably cold during our stay.

If you are visiting the Spectrum Center for an event, Springhill Suites is the ideal place to stay. It is directly across the street. It is also within walking distance of other downtown attractions such as museums and restaurants. The hotel itself is clean and inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was good each morning. The valet made it easy to access my vehicle. If we ever travel to Charlotte again, I will be sure to stay in this same hotel.

The pipes rattled in the walls when using the shower. I realized if I turned the sink on to a slow drip, it eliminated it, but I thought that was a little odd considering how nice the hotel was. Also, in the three days we were there, I don't remember taking a single shower that the water temperature didn't alter during.

The room was very cozy and comfortable

For the price of the stay , guest should not have to pay to park at this hotel each time they leave and re-enter the facility

1. Staff were the very best! They remembered my name and spoke each time I passed the front desk, restaurant and picking up my car from valet parking. 2. Breakfast was good. They had heart healthy options (turkey, oatmeal, etc.) (Get there early, not enough seats) 3. The valet parking system was digital. Worked well for me.

1. Very heavy traffic Saturday night because of the Hornets Game. It took 40 mins to get to the hotel from our convention sight when it only took 5 mins before. Wish someone would let me know. 2. Entrance driveway to the Hotel is extremely difficult to find and navigate when cars are exiting the parking garage. 3. Hilton gives a discount valet parking to cars with handicap stickers. I asked but was told that company that owns the parking contract doesn't allow for any discounts.

For me, I particularly liked the design of the room and bathroom. It felt spacious and useful with its smart desk, generous open areas, clever bathroom doors, and even an easy to access TV with inputs behind it. I didn't make use of it, but it's nice to see a city hotel room with a microwave included. The dining area was also nicely designed, sure it's that corporate way, but the colors and comfort and different kinds of seating was nice for the price. (Though I bet the price was reasonable as I wasn't staying during any sporting events in the nearby stadium.) That said, the location was really good for someone like me who wants to walk to areas around town. It's right nearby a food hall and a light rail system, and not far at all from the Charlotte Convention Center. If I had to stay in Charlotte again, this hotel would be the first one I look at.

Considering we were in the heart of North Carolina, I kinda expected some more breakfast options with some southern flair. Had to go outside to find some grits, but thankfully I didn't have to go too far. I would have liked to have had an easier time parking though. Parking information wasn't communicated anywhere on the site, and though there was a valet I prefer I park myself when possible. However I accidentally parked in the wrong lot thanks to the layout of the town and trying to find parking at night in a new city can be a little confusing. I know better now, but I would suggest researching where to park if you can and that goes for any hotel in the area.

Excellent location as we planned to go to the see the Charlotte Hornets game. The Spectrum center was right across the street. Staff was very helpful. Didn't like the different rates from Thursday to Friday. Didn't like all the extra fees. There wasn't a place to store valuables. No safe in the room.

The location was perfect for attending the Hornets game. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of foods.

Room was nicely laid out with bathroom running length. The shower was great! Good sized cloet with shelves and hangers for clothes and suitcases. The work area and couch were a welcome plus. Bed comfortable. Large windows with two sets of blinds worked out well. Breakfast was excellent; included fresh eggs, sausage, bacon, grits along with the regular continental breakfast choices.

Actual room lighting made it difficult to see when outside daylight was not coming in.
