My recent stay at the Hilton Charlotte was a positive experience. I was particularly impressed by the exceptional hospitality of David, whose service went above and beyond. His friendliness and helpfulness truly enhanced my stay. Furthermore, I was delighted by the cleanliness of the hotel throughout. The facility was well-maintained, and my room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment. The hotel's location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the city.

While the fitness center was adequate, a slightly larger facility with more equipment options would be beneficial for fitness enthusiasts. Additional recommendations, free parking, bathroom sinks in the bathroom and outlets that adequately fit USB and USB C

Location was great. Building was clean and nice. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered suggestions on things to do and see while there. Room and linens were very nice and big. TV was HUGE with a decent selection of favorite trash tv that we like to watch when traveling. Loved the shower.

The bed was really worn. The left side of the bed by the headboard was lower than the rest of the bed. Guessing due to it being by the nightstand and where most people sit when in room and not sleeping. Beds were also pretty hard.

The staff of this hotel were amazing! Our stay coincided with the CrowdStrike debacle. Despite the all but complete failure of their reservations, billing, keying and phone operations the staff was 100% guest focused, cheerful, helpful and hospitable. Their quick pivot to paper operations and personally escorting guests to rooms was old school and left us feeling like treasured guests. You can tell the true measure of a staff in the face of adversity- this is the most professional staff I’ve seen in 40 years of traveling.

Signage in the lobby area for things like elevator, snack concessions, parking lot could be. more prominent.

I only stayed one night, but I really enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect. I was able to walk anywhere I wanted to go in less than a mile.If you are going to see a show at the Belk theather it is like 300 feet away. My room was clean and comfortable. The shower was nice and large. I only interacted with a few on the staff members, but each one was friendly.

I do understand what all the reviews were talking about about the parking. I don't think it is as bad as everyone is making it out to be, but I am someone without any mobility issues and was only staying one night, so I only had one bag. You come out of the garage and walk along the building and into the lobby. I have walked further through a standard hotel parking lot. It is loud at night but I expected it to be as it is a big city and I was there on a Friday night. There was loud music and cars that sounded like race cars in the street until pretty late into the night. This is not the Hotel's fault. I think many complaints I am seeing in the reviews could ve fixed with managing your expectations of staying in a large city.

My room was excellent. I accompanied 11 students to a conference located near the hotel. JJ at the front desk was wonderful in that he was eager to provide help and answer questions. I also liked the restaurant and the staff there was very polite and accommodating. I like the transition to Hilton for the points.

More training of night front-desk personnel and screening for friendliness. One person, Nanette?, specifically could use some coaching. In fairness, she seemed undertrained and therefore stressed. I'm happy about the hotel turning to Hilton but the transition has left me without the points so far. I am in consultation about the awarding of points for 6 rooms for 4 nights--which should be a lot of points. But I am hopeful and know that this is an issue with the circumstances of change.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel in Charlotte's city center. The spacious room was a definite highlight, providing ample space to relax and unwind. Its cleanliness was impeccable, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. Moreover, its prime location near various restaurants and essential services made exploring the city a breeze. Whether I was craving a delicious meal or in need of convenience, everything was conveniently close by. Overall, this hotel offered a delightful combination of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience, making it a top choice for anyone visiting Charlotte.

There is nothing which I can think of to complain about this hotel.

When I arrived, the gentleman named Clarence at the front desk was very professional and welcoming. He made sure that I had a room that would not be near the party roof top area due to the noise since I was there for work. I was asked about allergies before being offered a perfectly warm and delicious cookie. The room was very clean. Checkout was a breeze and the lady at the desk, unfortunately i did not get her name, was very nice. I did not have breakfast here only because my work meeting had breakfast brought in for us. I will definitely book at this location again whenever I'm in Charlotte.

We loved how close it was to the Spectrum Center, the reason we booked this location.

The only thing that we didn't care for was the lack of service from the young lady working at the coffee center. I went there because they served Starbucks, but as soon as I walked up, she excused herself and said she would be right back. I waited 5 minutes before walking back. When I walked back to order a group of girls her age walked up and she greeted them pleasantly and offered to take their order. And I was standing there waiting..I ended up leaving and not ordering.

Bed was very comfortable! . Staff, restaurant, facilities, coffee shop etc outstanding. I liked its location and really liked having food options at the hotel. I also like that they cleaned the rooms while we were gone during the day. Great shower. I liked that there were big dispensers for soap, shampoo etc..

Would have liked one more sink. Was a bit crowded for three people. Bathroom space a bit tight.

The restaurant was delicious, breakfast was really good and the location of the hotel is very central.

The main entrance is on a corner and if you miss turning in you have to drive many blocks to square back around if it is on a Friday near 4-5pm, and/or an event is at the Spectrum Center- the ability to turn left on many roads is blocked to control the flow of traffic in that central downtown location.
