Location was perfect! It was clean and staff was super friendly!

When I booked through the booking engine I wasn’t aware that there would be a $55 valet fee per day… and that we could not self park. The paperwork at the hotel said it was all the had, the sign at valet said something different. This still isn’t clear. I’m going to reach out to both Omni and booking.com. It didn’t upset the trip or be reason to not stay there in the future, we most likely will go back. They were also not prepared for The Metallica concert. We came back to the hotel, apparently everything in Charlotte closes early. We were hungry and the bar and restaurant were not sufficiently staffed for the rush. We would have opted for a snack from a vending machine but they didn’t have those either. We were sort of put in a position to eat there if we were hungry and wait an hour.

Great location, clean, comfortable, beautiful hotel, great view of the city ! We loved that Omni added a special touch to our room to celebrate our engagement! We loved our robes and our cake! It was a very special stay for us! We also loved the access to Starbucks and seeing all the little shopping stores on the bottom floor! Very convenient! Didn’t have to leave the hotel for anything other than for the Lakers game! We loved that we were in walking distance of the Spectrum center! The Omni is just perfect for us!

The overnight valet cost. We enjoyed the valet but $60 just to park your car whenever you already paid close to $400 for the room is a little too much. However, not having to worry about finding a parking spot was nice, we just had a love/hate relationship with the cost of just parking a vehicle.

Everything! The staff were so kind and professional. The hotel is beautiful! Our room was clean and cozy! They bent over backward to find me a room at the last minute because another hotel sold my room, and I didn't have a place to stay. I really appreciated how I was treated because I was in tears following my treatment at the other hotel. Top notch service! The bar is a fabulous vibe, and the food was exceptional!! I can't wait to come back!

Valet was a little pricey, but honestly, they took great care of my car. The guys were great!

the room was spacious and comfortable the temperature was consistently comfortable - not frigid and not hot we had lots of space - i could lay out my clothing and belongings without encroaching on the space of my travel companion the staff were so nice - always said hello, did not seem harassed or overworked (which is an instant buzzkill when you are enjoying your stay)

it was a bit expensive to park, but i understand that is the way things are with such a central location

The hotel is located in downtown Charlotte (called Uptown) and is surrounded by great coffee spots and restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable, their staff were outstanding and warming. Very convenient because you have Starbucks and Walgreens right under the hotel, just take the escalator and you’ll be in there. But, the hotel also offers breakfast and their food was delicious. We had dinner there too and service and food were amazing. They have a nice pool outside with a bar and restaurant right there. We loved how welcoming and warm the staff were. If felt like home for us!

People can get loud in their rooms/hallway, but we loved that they already thought about it and had a sound machine in the room and that solved pretty much all of our problems.

The whole experience, checking in and parking was easy. Room service, Jasmine, was wonderful. She was such a nice personality at the end of a tiring day. The bar tender's were superb as well. We loved our complimentary breakfast and our waitress was so kind. Please commend her.

The food selection should've had a wider range. So we arrive on a Friday nite, sleep in and go downstairs for lunch at Schlosky's , but all the shops and restaurants were closed on a Sat.!! Where do we eat? When you're spending all this money for events and hotel, at least provide other food options. We didn't want to eat the same thing twice in two days

The location of this hotel is amazing. 2-10 minute walk from everything in Uptown. Downstairs of the building is a Walgreens, Starbucks, Chick-fil-a, and a few other shops. The staff were so sweet and very helpful. I had a maintenance issue with my room and they sent someone up immediately. I was in a new room within 10 minutes and they offered to help move all of my things.

The lobby and restaurant were all really nice, however the room was a little less impressive. I had a deluxe room with 2 queen beds so the size of the room was great and the view was pretty nice. The downside is that is that the rooms really look like they are in need of some renovations. Stained carpet, worn down furniture, etc. The wear and tear of room is very noticeable.

The hotel was located in a great spot in Uptown and the staff was amazing. Everyone was happy, friendly, and helpful.

The hotel does appear to be a little dated, and the noise level was a bit high (we could hear someone snoring the room next door and others talking very early morning - 3am - on the other side). I suspect the age of the building may mean that soundproofing is not ideal.

Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Our room didn't become ready until an hour and a 10 minutes after we were supposed to check in at 4:00. I understand it was a busy weekend and things didn't go quite right. The room was almost $600 for one night and we didn't even get to freshen up before our event because it wasn't ready. We had to leave our bags and use the lobby bathrooms to change which was frustrating. I was also told that breakfast was included with our room but no one could figure it out and so we just ended up leaving and eating somewhere else, I have no idea what the outcome of that was.

The location was amazing. I love that the hotel checks in with you during your stay to make sure that you are having a good experience. Front desk staff really helpful and friendly.

It’s a smell in the lobby where the valet parking is. It’s not pleasant at all. I smelled it in the elevator this morning too. The beds are not comfortable. Might be time to start changing those mattresses.
