The location, the downstairs facilities, parking was convenient.

I booked two rooms for my family trip. One room I booked was a king with a sofa bed. I needed the sofa bed for my grandchild. We were put in a corner room with a chair and a king size bed when I went to the front desk, the guy kept telling me it was an upgrade. I told him that was fine, but it didn’t help me when I needed an additional bed. He finally agreed to give me a discount. The second room had two queens. The carpeting was wet in the hallway coming into the room. There was a musty smell. Was told there were no other rooms. Then my adult kids were getting ready to go to dinner and there was a very large cockroach in the room. That was a little frustrating.

We arrived late and the gate to the parking garage was down, so we thought that it was closed and we parked off-site. When we let the front desk staff know, she let us know that the parking garage was accessible but still provided us with complimentary parking because we'd parked off site. We didn't expect this and really appreciated receiving free parking for the evening that we'd paid to park elsewhere. Excellent, helpful and friendly staff!

We came for a volleyball tournament. The location was spot on. Love that they have a noise cancellation system in the room being it is located in prime downtown and it is very noisy. My only complaint would be I ordered food from downstairs and made sure to tell them well done cheeseburgers one with ketchup and mustard and one with ketchup. Took the food to the room and both were under cooked and had mayonnaise on it. We do not eat mayonnaise!! We were exhausted from our trip and threw the food away and went to bed. And plan on paying for the location. It is expensive and you have to pay $25 a night to park at the hotel that you already paid for. Just add the cost in the hotel. To pay for parking at a hotel is ridiculous u less it’s valet and this was not!!

Already stated above that the food was wrong and they did not listen to what I ordered. And paying $25 a night for parking at a hotel you already paid to stay at is ridiculous!!

The location was excellent, with restaurants, galleries, and more within easy walking distance. The hotel was good and comfortable, and the staff at reception and serving breakfast were excellent. When we had to evacuate due to a fire alarm in the parking garage, the hotel manager remained calm and reassuring.

The room's temperature was challenging to control.

Convenient to leave vehicle parked and walk to my destination,staff was real friendly and courteous with my questions and concerns.Will be visiting that hotel in near future

The vehicle was tight parking in garage but it was ok.first time there was little confusion on what floor to park to eliminate less walking

Location was great and we got a great rate for the stay. The front desk staff were fabulous and the breakfast bar was a life-saver with Tupelo Honey's not open nearby. All the staff were very courteous, and the room was nice.

It's more of a quirk than a dislike—the hotel rooms are on about the 12th floor (there are direct elevators), and then there's the lobby, so the net effect is that you don't feel like you're in quite as large a hotel.

Literally in downtown charlotte. The rooms were immaculate. They might have been redone but everything was clean and new.

After checking in customer service was absolutely rude. And the bartender totally ignored my friend when he went downstairs to grab a drink.

The staff are very nice and very helpful. I love the location because we where spending the day at the convention center which is only a block away. I will be returning to this hotel if Scentsy Family Reunion comes back to Charlotte.

We booked an extra day. We had to take everything out of the room to put everything back into the same room we had. I was very fortunate they held our luggage for us so we didn’t have to put it back into the car.

Nice restaurants nearby within walking distance

Did not enjoy having to pay $30 a night just to park my vehicle in the parking garage. For as much as I paid for the room for five nights parking should have been included.

My breakfast was included with my room rate but each time I went to get breakfast the person at the register would try to charge me for the breakfast I told them my breakfast was included with my room rate the lady looked at me and said who told you that it needs to be a better way to let them know your breakfast is included with room rate if not they will charge you without even looking or asking you to check if it’s included.
