It was comfortable.

The long waits on the elevator when 2 were down and during check out. Also I can tell they don’t clean under the beds because there was a comb and trash under there.

Room is clean, AC is working great and bathroom is spacious and Ioved all the mirrors and plus great view both day and night. Also, there are more elevators to accommodate bunch of guests. Staff are all nice!

Although staff were nice but they should give the free breakfast coupon upon check-in not wait until the guest will ask for it.

This was a three day weekend stay for me a solo traveler ( in town for personal reasons)From the minute I stepped inside to check in i was greeted by a very friendly staff .The friendliness of all of the staff, always very helpful and accommodating I arrived early am and normally a room wouldn't be available until later( after 3pm ) but he ( the gentleman working guest services made sure he had me in a room right away which was great. I didn't have to store my luggage and could freshin up right away before heading back out again. I stayed on the Sheraton side( 2 towers Marriott and Sheraton but one in the same.) Right away was impressed with the decor and layout and interior design of the hotel. Contemporary modern interiors but with a almost 1960s vibe and boutique hotel feel. Right away noticed how clean, etc every thing in good shape no noticeable wear and tear etc from use. My room which had a great city Skyline view of Charlotte was really nice and everything in working order Roof top bar ( City Lights in enjoyed very much and yes amazing view of Charlotte Skyline. One night enjoyed some delicious Truffel Fries and 2 amazing Mojhitos made just right. ( this bar closed on Sundays) Just off of main Sheraton lobby a restaurant with a bar. Cauliflower soup amazing definitely recommended it. I enjoyed wine There and another night Mojhitos The only negative is the buffet style breakfast is limited would bring fine if was a free continental breakfast but with a charge it seemed limited in what they had to offer Really the only negative i have about my stay If your on a budget then I don't recommend it . One of the more expensive hotels but I felt definitely worth what i paid for my weekend stay. Within walking distance to downtown. So there you have it my review. Next time iam in Charlotte will definitely be staying at this hotel again I enjoyed my stay very much .

The breakfast offerings on 1st floor off lobby restaurant was limited considering it was not a free continental breakfast Closet in my room a bit small and limited drawer space in the room i was in but fine for me a solo traveler

I liked how walkable it was to the spectrum center and other restaurants. I also liked how it had a parking lot attached to it. When you got into the room, the tv was personalized to say your name, which was a very cool touch.

They used just a flat sheet instead of fitted sheets to cover the mattress so parts of the bare mattress was exposed. There was also some trash left over in our room. While I know parking is in limited, I was surprised that it was 25 dollars a day to park at the hotel. I thought it would be included or a little cheaper.

The location was great also to add the food in the dining area on the Sheraton side was pretty good as well. Staff was amazing.

On our first day, our hot water did not work. We went down to get the room changed and the hot water in the second room also did not work. The water only got slightly warm just enough for you to bear through a shower. Also, parking is not ideal. The garage is being remodeled, which is understandable. Lastly, I don’t know how you like your bed, but the beds are extremely soft so soft that you sink and are very uncomfortable to sleep in.

Comfortable hotel, friendly staff. Rooftop bar is nice at night. Jared, one of the front desk managers, went out of his way to help us when it turned out our reservations hadn't been received from booking.com by the hotel.

€25/day parking is pricey and should just be included. Our reservations from booking.com were never received by the hotel, but they still managed to find us alternate rooms (not as good as those booked) despite being busy. Apparently this has happened quite a few times, due to issues on booking.com's side. Currently chasing booking.com for a partial refund...

Wish we had more time in Charlotte because the City Lights rooftop view of the city looked like it could have been spectacular to see. Loved the hotel breakfast as it was an actually delicious breakfast and not just cereal/pastries. We got a good deal on booking.com for the hotel.

Long waits for the elevators. I believe 2 out of the 4 elevators were broken. The hotel room was hot and stuffy but I think it was an overall issue throughout the whole hotel because even the lobby area was a bit too warm. The room was comfy but the beds were too small for my husband, his legs hung over the foot of the bed.

Location is nice, really close to the city center, easily reachable by car. The room was clean, silent and relatively comfortable by having used a double room for a family of 4 (but we spent really lot time in the room, mostly to sleep. Personnel super easy and kind providing the full support to all our inquiries.

Double Room bed size is a small queen (good for 1 person, at limit for 2) and the mattress was not super comfortable (a bit too soft). During our stay 2 of the 4 elevators were inoperative and with the Hotel personnel using the same elevators in certain moment there was a long queue waiting for a ride to their floor.
