Love that this hotel is committed to environmental and sustainable practices! The breakfast and coffee were excellent, but word to the wise --- get there EARLY! Nothing was being restocked by 9am even though breakfast went to 10am. The made to order eggs and the coffee were great! Location was fantastic, and the room was large and comfortable. Bar staff and egg chef were super friendly and welcoming.

The front desk staff were not welcoming or terribly helpful, but check in was fast and efficient. PARKING! What a poorly run business! We waited an hour for our car. A group next to us waited over an hour. Multiple groups got their vehicles ahead of our groups (within 15 minutes), despite being told what the order was. Apparently, if you complain loudly, you get bumped up in order. Don't tip ahead of time and call for your car an hour before you need it. ;)

The location for me ,to the Bank of America stadium, was the ideal location. We were able to valet park our car, then walk everywhere we needed to go! The hotel was exceptionally clean, the rooms were well appointed and we even got great dinner suggestions from the front desk staff upon arrival! Great service!

It’s a newer property so that was nice. Staff was welcoming and accommodating. Loved the valet services.

I was a little confused with parking initially. A Whole Foods parking lot is located directly to the side of the hotel. Once I figured out valet, the parking concern was resolved.

Breakfast was ok, not enough food, dishes available. Almost impossible to have something cooked to order. Bed was very comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful.

The bar closed too early, the hotel was full of guests going to concert, upon return to hotel there were many looking for bar. We had to go somewhere else. Long wait to get our car, the three guys were hustling just not enough staff.

The room was really nice and comfortable. I enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning.

It would have been nice for Booking.com to mention the parking charges. We had to pay $80 for two days. I also have a hold on my credit card for $150 for incidentals. They said it would go away but I don't like when hotels do that.

Breakfast was really good. Lobby where the food was located was super clean. I felt comfortable here. I wish I could remember the night clerk on duty name, but she was AMAZING!!!!

I liked Everything about my stay. The grounds and room were very clean and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.

I didnt like that I couldn't stay longer.

I loved the look and feel of the place absolutely beautiful along with a wonderful staff. Gregory was awesome.
