Amazing location. Right in the heart of CLT. Modern and clean hotel. Cool lounge area in the lobby.

Felt a little pricey for the size of the room. TV was very old and stopped working.

Came into town for ACC tourney. Hotel was very clean, even the pet-friendly floors. We brought our two mature well-trained dogs. Pet fee was $50 one-time fee for both dogs for our three day stay (liked that they did not charge per dog. Bed was super comfortable!!! (I'm very picky). Liked modern lobby. Staff was super friendly throughout our stay. Shower was roomy, showerhead pressure was great! Valet was cheaper than some downtown garages there, some who don't allow leaving and returning. We were permitted to leave and return using valet with no extra charges.

Room was small. (We still managed to get two full sized crates up though).

Directions to how to get to their parking garage is very confusing. It needs to be made easier for guest to understand exactly where it’s located since two hotels are in one location.

The Room was modern, accommodating. Beds and Pillows were plush and very comfortable. Location was perfect for everything surrounding and in walking distance along with Valet. I extended my stay an additional day and the room service was clean and weren't disruptive which I could appreciate.

Every person at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. Everytime I left or re-entered I was greeted with great energy, smiles and professional help. I believe his name was Malcom but by far the friendliest and most accommodating with any questions I had.

The staff are brilliant. All of them are friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms and public spaces are clean and modern. The wheelchair accessible bathroom in my room was very good. The food options are quite limited but are always freshly made to order, Crystal was very kind and catered to dietary requests.

The air conditioning units in the rooms are very loud, even when turned off at every possible place, it comes on by itself briefly from time to time and is loud enough to wake you. The only other drawback was that the location, whilst excellent for exploring the city, is right beside roads which host loud wannabe-race drivers at night... for hours... every night...

My friend and I had a wonderful time at this hotel. We were close to so many places especially the Spectrum Center where the Millennium Tour was which was right across the street. The hotel was clean, the staff were nice. Kiara helped us so much during our stay and all of the staff gave good vibes. We appreciate everything and we definitely will be back.

The staff were all very friendly. I had a mishap with our booking (my mistake) and they were very accommodating and very understanding when fixing it. The rooms were clean and we constantly saw housekeeping cleaning rooms. The hotel is within walking distance of the Nascar Museum, Spectrum Center and restaurants. I liked the lobby had a pool table and corn hole boards where you could play a few games.

The room didn't have a microwave. Instead you had to go to the lobby to use the microwave there. Although, the rooms are nice, I felt like they're a little small for the price you pay. Keep in mind if you're booking an Epicenter view, there's no longer anything to view. (There's a restaurant, cigar bar, bowling alley/arcade and a CVS)

Breakfast was not what we expected I would of never added to my room…they served no pancakes or waffles…parking was not good for $30 a day and If you leave you gotta pay more getting another ticket coming back $30 should of been good for whole 24 hours

the property was a bit hard to find but had an amazing view and great location! the staff was exceptional! we asked for more two more towels and they brought us more than what we needed! the restroom was my favorite! i have rheumatoid arthritis so the walk in shower was the cherry on top!
