The location for breakfast was good. The food and coffee options were good. It was kept clean. Bags of available ice was nice to have. Complimentary bottles of water and coffee in lobby always a plus.

Time for food to be served. During breakfast hours an additional person was needed to take orders so the darling lady preparing the food wouldn't be interrupted. It's expecting too much to ask 1 person to take orders and prepare the food. I've never seen this before. Also, if the form had a specific food pick up time option, this would make it easier for the one preparing. Lastly, if the form was made available the day before to be handed in by a specific time to be honored, the process would run more smoothly.

Amazing location. Right in the heart of CLT. Modern and clean hotel. Cool lounge area in the lobby.

Felt a little pricey for the size of the room. TV was very old and stopped working.

Room was nice.. I feel all the rooms need they own microwave cuz it's an inconvenience to be comfortable and leave your room to go warm up your food. And also it needs a ice machine at least on three floors instead of customers or people that paid so much for these rooms have to buy I think that's a little bit on the ridiculous side

I did not like the fact that it had did not have a microwave in the room I did not like the fact that we had to pay for ice bags I did not like the fact that we had to pay for cereal and milk I think that was a little bit on the ridiculous side I understand snacks and dreams but continental breakfast should be free. That's what you would call hospitality

Came into town for ACC tourney. Hotel was very clean, even the pet-friendly floors. We brought our two mature well-trained dogs. Pet fee was $50 one-time fee for both dogs for our three day stay (liked that they did not charge per dog. Bed was super comfortable!!! (I'm very picky). Liked modern lobby. Staff was super friendly throughout our stay. Shower was roomy, showerhead pressure was great! Valet was cheaper than some downtown garages there, some who don't allow leaving and returning. We were permitted to leave and return using valet with no extra charges.

Room was small. (We still managed to get two full sized crates up though).

Directions to how to get to their parking garage is very confusing. It needs to be made easier for guest to understand exactly where it’s located since two hotels are in one location.

This was a very nice quiet place to stay in the center of charlotte. Within walking distance of all public transportation and nice restaurants.

I appreciate the fact that there was parking nearby but the fact that it was listed on the booking listing as parking usually means that you don't have to pay for it. Maybe I was supposed to get a voucher or something, I'm not sure but it was $42 to park in the garage overnight.

The Room was modern, accommodating. Beds and Pillows were plush and very comfortable. Location was perfect for everything surrounding and in walking distance along with Valet. I extended my stay an additional day and the room service was clean and weren't disruptive which I could appreciate.

Every person at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. Everytime I left or re-entered I was greeted with great energy, smiles and professional help. I believe his name was Malcom but by far the friendliest and most accommodating with any questions I had.

The hotel was fine besides the had no where to eat inside the hotel and the staff was not allowed to make recommendeds. this would have been opportunity for the hotel to partner with the local restaurants to give a percentage off on meals just be stay at the hotel. It would help the restaurant and hotel.

I really enjoyed the location—being downtown made it easy to walk to everything I needed. The staff were friendly and very helpful, which made my stay even more pleasant.

I didn’t care for the food selections, as there weren’t many appealing options. Also, if I hadn’t been using GPS, I probably would’ve missed the hotel entirely since there weren’t any clear signs indicating where it was.
