Great location in relation to the city’s activities. The room was clean and plenty of towels. The staff was great; friendly and helpful at all hours. Breakfast was also great

The parking lot filled up around 8pm on a Saturday and when we got back around 1am our parking garage was full and I had to find another lot. I was told the $25 would be taken off my bill after talking to the front desk

The reason we chose this location is because it was in walking distance to the spectrum center. The building was very clean and well kept. The young lady who assisted me in checking out on the 9th was very friendly and helpful when answering my questions. Made me feel better about checking in. Please see below.

The young lady who checked me in on the 8th wasn’t warm nor welcoming. I am not from the area and had a few questions about directions to the spectrum center and where to park in the deck. She did not do well with either. She was very vague in her responses which still left a lot of questions, leaving my niece and myself still scrabbling around for both answers. It didn’t make me feel secure about wanting to interact with hotel employees the remainder of the night. I definitely didn’t ask anymore questions.

The breakfast was great and the lady working breakfast was wonderful. She was friendly and quick. She kept the bars clean and stocked all by herself.

My only suggestion would be that if someone has booked you room for more than one night, put enough toiletries, towels, washcloths and toilet paper in the room for that amount of stay. Not being able to access rooms from all levels of the parking deck was a very big inconvenience. Especially with having a handicap. Handicap parking was too far away from elevators.

The 2 ladies working in the breakfast area were very hospitable especially the older lady, I didn’t get either one’s name however very pleasant. I like that outlets were near the bed.

I didn’t like that it was not enough light. The AC unit would not set without me having to keep pushing the button. There were no drawers in the room, never been in a hotel with no drawers. Lamp was missing a light bulb. Toilet paper roll was left off when cleaning the bathroom.

Pool out of towels, called desk on phone about the problem and they didn’t bring any for 40 minutes. Breakfast was chaos. Only one person working who was clearly overly stressed and was taking it out on guests. “I’m trying, I’m one person, I’ve got one asking for potatoes, another for waffle mix”. It was all very dramatic. They need to get her some help, but she also needs to have more manners with guests

The parking garage is very narrow and the process to get into the garage is not very well explained. Also when we got back from the event we attended, there were no parking spaces available in the garage. We paid $50 for 2 cars to park jn the garage and because there were no spaces left, we had to pay $30 to park across the street in a public parking lot

I had an issues with billing and they took care of it with no issues. They accommodated me in a professional manner. I appreciate every staff mbr that assisted me and greeted me daily. Would definitely recommend and in a great area.

Parking charges being daily but I figured it’s because I was downtown.

We were very happy with the accomodations. The hotel was very clean and the parking garage was a breeze (unlike many of the hotels in Uptown Charlotte). We enjoyed the breakfast as well. Lots of choices and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

The toilet was extremely low. Due to a recent back injury, it was more difficult to use. The mattress could have been a little more comfortable as well.

The location was amazing walking distance to everything and was right near where we needed to go the next day. Loved the maple breakfast sausage they had wish we could find it where we live but not sure what kind it was!

The pool was cold which I myself didn’t get in my kids did and they didn’t last long. And there was no microwave in our room to heat up our babies bottles luckily we had family staying in another room that had a microwave.

The breakfast was nice. I wish they had hotcakes, as I'm not a waffle person. The wife wish they had bacon, but, it got the job done on everything else. The location was in a great place: close to a lot of things. Especially right next door to the Nascar museum. We enjoyed the whirlpool tub in the room. I was disappointed that the actual pool was out of service, but, the wife pointed out the whirlpool more than made up for it.

Everything was fine. Although it was cold, especially around the holiday; still had a great time. There were some things being remodeled, such as the pool, and the laundry room. If i had spilled alcohol, or, something on my clothes, I probably would've been upset I couldn't clean them at that time.
