The hotel was more than we expected. In the heart of the city with a lot of things to do. Restaurants and rooftop lounge was a 10/10. I would come back most definitely. Highly recommend.

$30/day car parking was a little OD after spending $350-$400/night was the only downside.

I stayed here for my birthday weekend, I had a special request of chocolate covered strawberries & sparkling wine & they delivered just that! Strawberries were delicious & I loved the note they left. I love how clean it was, the staff were super nice. Love the area & that it is near everything. I’d say my favorite would probably be the bath tub & the shower, it was so relaxing and pretty

I did not like how the valet out front watched us walk back in forth to our cars grabbing luggage from the parking garage without telling us that there were elevators outside that could have led us inside the building

Some of the staff was nice, others were quite rude. We thought the room was very nice & we had a great view of the city. The hotel was beautiful, very well decorated & furnishings over the top!

The price for the room was way too much but we enjoyed our stay. We will not be going back for the amount we paid. It was kind of a once in a lifetime expense for us. The security staff was very rude. We were going to eat at the Rooftop Restaurant but the gentleman that let us in the elevator turned me off so much, we decided it wasn't worth it. We ate somewhere else.

The valet service was ok - did not manage the queue well at check-in - need either a security guard or hotel staff or another valet directing incoming cars; the first time we got our car to go back out, they took our ticket and after that we no longer had it (which apparently was not the correct way to do it); and when we were checking out, we called to have our car pulled up, only to find they never got the request. Also do not like that there is no coffee maker included in the room and after we requested and used it the first day, supplies were not refilled the second day, so had to call back down to request more.

We had a perfect stay. They have the friendliest and most helpful staff ever. I left one of my bags at home. They had most everything on hand, including a hair straightener, which was in our room by the time we returned. We had a beautiful view of Truist Field. The bed was very comfy and the shower was awesome, I love a hot shower and they definitely provided. Location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go including the Bank of America stadium to see Kenny Chesney!!! If you want somewhere nice to stay, this is it!!! You will not be disappointed.

Great location. Facility was very clean, comfortable and had a great feel to it. The room was very nice and relaxing. Diamond, at the front desk, checked me in. She was the sweetest, kindest, most caring and friendly hotel professional I ever met. I've been traveling for over 25 years, all over the country. And Diamond is an exceptional employee for Kimpton. She does everything she can to help make the guests feel welcomed and cared for. She should be the standard by which all hotel staff be measured against. I was highly impressed with her, and will remember my stay at Kimpton Tryon Park because of her hospitality.

No complaints. Everything about my stay was very enjoyable.

The location is perfect, we were with our dogs and it has a huge park just across the street. Also is walking distance from different places to go and eat and there is this alley with amazing places to grab a beer and a late snack.

I didn't like that they don't offer room service. After a long drive all we wanted was to relax there and enjoy some food. Thankfully DoorDash and other apps exist. They don't allow the dasher to go up though.

The basics are perfect, clean, well located, comfortable. But they also offer good amenities including house plants and bike rentals we didn't get to try. But the best part was the staff who were exceptionally kind to us for our short anniversary trip. An early check in and a surprise gift. We loved the views and being able to walk down to the park adjacent for fireworks on the 4th

I wish I'd known more about what they offered before we arrived. I probably would have gotten a plant! 😀

Clean and comfortable uptown hotel.

Parking is outrageously expensive at $48 per night. Maddening array of street parking, all limited, all varied, requiring close adherence to rules or face a ticket or getting towed. The hotel should provide cheaper parking or allow the use of points to cover. Rip off.

I love this hotel. We got the king corner room with the spa bathroom and that room is amazing. It was a spacious room and the bathroom was amazing. The staff at the front desk was amazing and helpful. They have a social hour as well that was really nice! Check out was at 12pm which is perfect. We will be back
