I loved the exquisite decor and artistic ambiance of the Grand Bohemian Charlotte. The exceptional service and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart. The dining experience at Mico Restaurant was a highlight with delicious dishes, great drinks, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. My daughter's and my stay at the Grand Bohemian Charlotte was an unforgettable fusion of luxury, artful design, and exceptional service with its vibrant atmosphere.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Grand Bohemian Charlotte and did not encounter any issues or complaints. The seamless experience, exceptional service, and luxurious amenities exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an top-notch accommodation in Charlotte.

Restaurant Mico was excellent. It was actually the best meal we had in Charlotte. The art and interior design were great. Having a full-fledged Starbucks in the lobby was excellent for quick morning exits. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It cost $45 plus tip to valet park at the hotel. Some reviews said the public parking lot across the street was less expensive, but we did not find that to be true. At the public lot the rate was $30 per day plus $15 for overnight. We were somewhat annoyed that there was no free Wi-Fi. Apparently this was because we did not book directly through Marriott and used booking.com. We just used a hot spot on our phone to resolve this issue.

The hotel entrance was very eclectic and colorful which I love.....The room was very nice, but did not like the fact that the amount I paid for the room did NOT include TV! Then there's the parking situation that needs improving upon. The lobby was so crowded and backed up with guests waiting for their cars, both days I was there. I love the hotel but do think it's overpriced with an additional $48 applied to the bill per night for parking!!!

Everything was clean and comfortable. Loved having a Starbucks in the building. The bathrooms were really large and we liked the bath products. We had a beautiful view of a church/park and the city from our room. We were able to walk to our event at the convention center and found plenty to do within a few blocks of the hotel. It was a very enjoyable stay.

We were a bit shocked at check-in when the price they held on our rad was $500 more than our Booking.com price. In the end we were only charged the Booking.com price but it was shocking. They had iced lemon water in the lobby the first two days we were there but not the last two which was disappointing. Didn’t love the fee to tip the Valet digitally took a $5 tip to $7.50

Loved the view and the decor. Loved the security and safeness of the key being used for elevator. Loved the water temperature in shower as well. Great stay overall

The unawareness of $200 per night security. It caught me off guard but I paid it because that is the hotel my fiance (We got married next day) and I wanted to stay at to spend our wedding weekend.

The location was good and the staff was exceptional. It was close to the Spectrum arena and the public transit center. The rail was a 10 minute and was in walking distance to some of the attractions. And it was on main bus routes.

I didn't like the fact that I was charged more than what Booking.com told me. I was charged an extra $300. I still enjoyed myself though. I suggest for what is charged there ought to be microwaves in the room on top of the fridge.

The hotel is in a great location and love the room ambiance.

The valet got backed up a bunch so we had to wait almost 30 minutes for our car. They were doing their best but it seems like they need more people.

The location of the hotel is AWESOME! You're right in the middle of everything! Loved being with in walking distance of the Spectrum Center, and because I'm a big football guy and PANTHERS FAN!!! The Bank of America Stadium was close as well. My wife is a city girl so Charlotte works out for us! THANKS QUEEN CITY!!!!

The WEATHER could have been better. LOL IT's NC AT IT FINEST!! Hot Cold!! Well you have to love it! Nothing bad to say about the hotel the restaurant was Good as well.

The hotel was nice and beautiful. The rooftop bar, spa, and restaurant made it a plus

the hotel charge you an additional $200 a night for your stay. I didn’t know this until I checked in and I was charged an additional $800 for 4 days (Fri-Mon). I ended up not stayed the compete 4 days due to this and they haven’t sent me my money back yet and today is (Wednesday)!!!! The hotel also charges $40 a day for parking.

Unknown extra charges that were not explained before hand. Was told that it was not mentioned going thru 3rd party. This should have been no matter the booking venue
