Property had what I wanted - gym, walk in shower, white sheets and room was clean. I’m disappointed in the gym as there were no wipes to clean equipment, no water, no cups, no coffee, no towels so while the gym was nice i wouldn’t say it was clean because all of these items were put. The hotel had a central and convenient location. The room was clean, the bathroom spacious, and the bed comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming.

The air conditioning was a hassle! I turned it off because it was noisy, but the fan couldn't be switched off even when set to auto. A security staff member came to the room and assured me it was fixed and would turn off in two minutes, but that never happened. I emailed the reception through the booking app, but I only received a reply at 7 a.m. the next day. As a result, I had to sleep with the constant fan noise.

The hotel is always clean and the staff is friendly. The rooms are great with excellent views of the city.

My only complaint is you need to check out the breakfast buffet before you commit to it. The first time I stayed here it was excellent and everything was fresh, but this last time there was very little food out and most of it seemed overheated and was not worth the price per person. Obviously this is only an option in the mornings and you can choose somewhere else to go. The food we ordered the night before was great so maybe this was just a one-time thing.

We stayed 2 nights. I wish I had specific names, but there were 3 young ladies that worked the desk when you check in at night that were absolutely wonderful. They always had a smile on their face and were very helpful. You can teach anyone to do a skill, but you can’t teach someone to be kind. I can’t say enough about them!!

The location close to the Spectrum center was perfect and there are a ton of restaurants within easy walking distance. Also, the staff were wonderful! Valets, custodial, front desk (shoutout to Taylor especially, what a gem to have greeting and checking in guests) were all lovely.

It was a little pricy for a small room, but worth it on this occasion.

Very nice and chic hotel! Check-in no problem! Breakfast was good and the location is great if everything you need is in uptown Charlotte or you simply want to be centrally located.

I initially booked my hotel room for one night. On my first night, the next morning when it was time for check-out, I called the front desk to attempt to get a late checkout and was met with an auctioneer. She told me that check out was at 11:00 AM. I let her know that I was aware of that, I was inquiring about a LATE CHECKOUT. She says I don't know maybe 11:30. I said ma'am I've stayed at hotels all across the world and late checkout is generally between, 1-2:00 PM. So she extended the checkout until 12:00 PM. I ended up extending it because I found out last minute that I would need to stay another day but it was a lot of back and forth that I've never had to go through in the past. Very distasteful and unprofessional.

The distance to the places I wanted to attend was nearby. I liked that the arena was across the street from the hotel. I'll be staying at this hotel again in the future to attend a game.

The room could have had more light, and I am light. The room had enough lighting, but the bathroom lighting was very good. I did enjoy the view from my room.

It was in a perfect location for overnight stay from going to a late basketball game at the Spectrum Center.

I didn’t like the breakfast that I understood to continental during booking turned out to be $15 a person for a mediocre buffet with hardly anything on it was very disappointing.

The hotel was very clean. We were greeted by courteous staff members as well. The room was comfortable too. I loved the individual ice bags out in the hall.

The toilet was very uncomfortable and the seat was big. It was low to the floor. The room was so dark, even with the lamps on.

Directly across concert facility, which was excellent! PAY FOR VALET! We did not but definitely will next time. Employees were extremely friendly and welcoming!

The website says continental breakfast but when we went downstairs, we couldn’t find. Paid coffee and breakfast was found but that was all.
