The bed was not comfortable at all

The property honestly surprised me, I went with my kids just to get a break from my family. It was cheap and worth it. I would go again. The staff was extremely friendly. Housekeeping didn’t knock on my door at 10 to make sure I was leaving at 11. I didn’t see not ONE bug and I mean NOT one not even gnats. I could still smell the paint in the room which I loved.

The few things I didn’t like was the freezer, it was like old dirty frozen ice in there. Someone needs to let it defrost and clean it. The actual tub needs to be deep cleaned or replaced completely and the beds were not that comfortable at all, they were harddd.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great stay at Motel 6-Charlotte Coliseum! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and my entire stay smooth and pleasant. The facility was also very clean and well-kept, which I truly appreciated. Everything was comfortable and just what I needed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, clean, and friendly place to stay in Charlotte!

The staff was nice. My room was clean. I was able to get rested so that I could continue my route. I felt that I got the hotel that I paid for. Thank you.

This is a lower priced hotel. That being said, you will get lower budgeted customers. I wasn't sure if my truck/cargo was going to be safe through the night. The people in the lobby were of questionable statice. I would not bring my family here. But, this is nothing that the staff can change. It's just the way it is.

The bed was comfy. The bathroom was clean besides the light switch. BUT the sink took forever to get hot. The room was really clean. I did have a lamp that didn't work. There was no light bulb in the lamp.

The sink really didn't have hot water unless you run it for about an hour or so. There are no more smoking rooms.

I absolutely love the staff they're more like a family and are willing to help you with anything you need as long as your nice!! Ask them about their damn day too! We know you've been traveling and tired but they've been working and taking care of cranky tired travelers so be nice to my new fam!

Nothing not to love. They even called out their lawn guy to cut the grass cause my small dogs were having some trouble running around but it's not like the dogs even noticed the cut grass!

The location was good and out the way, which i appreciated. The lady at the front desk was awesome, friendly, and polite. She was very accommodating and made me feel welcomed. I like the coziness of the room. Also, thank you for having great cable channels.

The 1st room had a lot of bugs, the ceiling was cracking, and it was extremely hot (but the front desk took care of it immediately). The toilet needed some work.

I loved the close location to many different places and the highway.

My only suggestion is when doing the remodel they went ahead and replaced the sink faucet as well, idk if all rooms were like ours but it makes no sense in having a renovated room with a nice new bathroom but with a raggedy sink where you have to finagle the handle to work it. Other than that the place was perfect for the overnight stay we needed to attend the hornets game. We're no strangers to staying in rough areas but we felt no danger while there and would stay again if we travel back😁 Love that there is 2 gas stations next door and a chicken place with great food overall clean rooms and area it was quiet(stayed over the weekend for reference) and just what we needed.

The room was comfortable and close to restaurants. We travel with our fur babies, and the hotel was accommodating. However, I wish hotels claimed to be pet-friendly did not require hidden fees for your pets.

Check-in and check-out was fast and easy. Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was great! Bed was firm, but comfortable. Everything was clean.

I had no problems during our stay. But a waterproof shower curtain would help keep the bathroom dry.
