The staff was very nice and accommodating , this is our second time in NC and I can say everybody is really friendly there.

Our AC was leaking a little bit, there is no microwave in the rooms so we had to walk down to the lobby which wasn’t too bad. The microwave did need cleaning. Also breakfast was good but they don’t switch it up like most hotels do so it was the same thing and one of the elevators was down. But I’m not very picky long as it was clean & i didn’t see any bugs then we good 😂 but just minor stuff nothing major.. also the lady gave us a paper that they are renovating the rooms so they are no phones in the rooms!

The rooms were very spacious. The staff was very friendly. The coffee was delicious. The rooms were clean.

I didn't like my room because it faced the street and there was alot of noise coming from the street cars. The breakfast was almost the same everyday they just switched up the breakfast meat. There was no phones inside the room if you needed anything you would use your own phone or the hallway phone or travel downstairs. I asked for my room to be next to my son's room and it wasn't. The pool was not open I always stay somewhere during the warmer months a place with a pool for my son. He was a bit upset about not being able to use the pool.

My stay at this hotel in Charlotte was mostly great. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was also good. However, I was disappointed with the service. We asked for towels and received them late, and on the fourth night, we requested room cleaning and fresh towels, but they never brought them. While everything else was wonderful, the service could definitely be improved. Overall, it was a good experience, but better attention to guest requests would make it even better.

When I went down for breakfast, I asked the man if he had a box I could get and he was quick to find me just what I needed. The food was not the very best, but I was able to get a decent meal. Everyone was friendly and the area was clean.

Everything was good for me. I was even given a bottle of water when I asked. It was also explained to me that the bill will look like I don't check out till April 2, due to the way the system processed the room. I knew I only needed one night so that was fine.

Everything was beyond expectations. From the moment of booking the room to the checking out. The gentleman at the front desk at the time of our arrival (12AM) was very very nice and welcoming. The room exceeded our expectations, breakfast was better than we expected too. The lady at the front desk the next morning was SO sweet and wished us safe travels. Everything was perfect, I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for your hospitality!

The space of the room was amazing, the beds were extremely comfortable and the location was great we were close to everything we had planned

The staff was lazy ! Barely anyone at the front desk when we needed something, no phones in the rooms had to call front desk by cell phone and when we asked for linens we were told "Oh we have some but you have to come get it yourself".

I loved the newly renovated room and the cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel staff was super friendly, and breakfast was delicious!

I DIDN'T like how strongly the front desk clerk emphasized not smoking in the rooms and no partying to us because it made it extremely clear that there was a problem with that and made me wonder about the clientele. The bathroom was wayyyyy too small compared to the spaciousness of the room. Ya'll should have renovated some space from the room into the bathroom. The stay turned out great though.

The rooms were unexpectedly spacious. There was a lot of room. Also, the rooms were very well kept. They were very clean and well maintained.

One of the evelvators was in need of repair. The one that was working did make some funny sounds so it made you wonder if it would break down while you're in it.

The staff at the counter and security were so helpful and friendly! The breakfast had lots of options and was delicious, and the pool was perfect for the kids to take a morning dip! Comfy beds and super clean!

Elevator was slow and one was out of order (but there is some construction going to address)
