Very clean! Brian, the desk clerk was professional and answered my questions thoroughly. The swimming pool was nice and clean. The amenities at this hotel were great! The gym was too open, and it was small. The door was propped open during my entire stay, which I thought was unsafe. The gym should remain closed at all times, and you should only be able to enter with your key card. Last night, too many young adults were in the hallway, being loud, running, and standing outside my room door cursing. Other than that, my stay was very pleasant.

I was in town for the Professional Women's Soccer game (Carolina Ascent vs. Lexington SC). The hotel was great. My room was spacious and most comfortable. I had a 3rd floor room overlooking the pool (which included a small patio perfect for my morning coffee). The staff (every single one of them) was great. I was greeted with a smile and the smile remained throughout my smile. The workout room was nice and the morning breakfast was very good. I added the breakfast to my booking and was glad I did. I ordered off the menu and had a delicious custom breakfast in a matter of minutes. While the game ended in a 1-1 draw, my stay at the Courtyard Charlotte Arrowood was a huge win!

Clean, Comfortable Bed, location

My fiancé says he found a roach in the bathroom. I didn’t see it until he killed it. Not sure if this has anything about to do with property but as we we’re unloading our truck, a woman came up to us asking for money because her and her daughter was homeless and she wouldn’t go away when we told her we don’t have cash.

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was welcoming in person and provided excellent assistance throughout my stay.

I had to call the front desk several of times. The television was not working and was not plugged up! Then the iron was not working at all.

The room was nice and spacious. Very clean. The hallways smelled good. Very neat. Easy access to elevators. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Good location to I-77. Absolutely loved the black out curtains.

The hotel was cleaned, and the bathroom looked new like it was remodeled. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Just started one night, but it was comfortable.

I wish the pillows were a little firmer .

It was very clean, the staff was very professional and knowledgeable my check in took less than 5 mins, I love that the room had a balcony and the property was very convenient to local stores. I absolutely enjoyed my stay and when in the area again this property would definitely be a top choice.

I loved everything about the hotel and accommodations.

I pre booked for my birthday but end of having scheduling conflicts. I sent a request to cancel well over 24 hours in advance. I know the requirement is 48 hours, but I’m coming home for my birthday weekend they could have at least honored the cancellation. I feel like at that point i was forced to stay here.

The young lady that checked me in was very nice and gave me information about the area (restaurants, stores, etc.) The room was clean and the room was priced reasonably.

The walls are VERY thin. I felt bad for having to wake up and get dressed so early because I felt like I was waking my neighbors up!

This Courtyard had a Starbucks/dinner service. It was nice to be able to have something to eat after a long day on the road without having to travel elsewhere for dinner. The room was very comfortable.
