They did serve breakfast. Very clean and the food was hot and fresh. The rooms have been upgraded and were very very nice. Love the rooms and bathrooms are very modern. The space is great. I was a little confused with the coffee maker and the ice bucket in the bathroom. I wondering when the last time my room was entered. I slept in black and I kept having blonde hairs on me in the morning. My hair is dark brown. So I request a sheet change. Other than that my stay was quiet, and pleasant. The location is right by the train station. You can get uptown fast. Eateries are all around. Shopping is close by. I would recommend to family and friends. Will let my company also know that this is a great place that is very reasonable.

Great location and price. Breakfast in the morning from 6-9 was definitely a plus. It’s also convenient to the light rail, and airport. No shuttle though.

It took about 10 minutes to get checked in. The gentleman behind the desk was in the office on the phone having a profanity laced conversation as he ate lunch/dinner. This hotel is under renovation. The room was nice and clean, I just couldn’t figure out why the coffee machine was in the bathroom??? Also, be cautious of the gas stations nearby. Lots of drug addicts and homeless people scattered about.

There was a date mixup with the booking.com reservation. At first the property said call booking.com. Booking.com said call the property. I thought I was done in by computer programs that limited the intervention either business could manage. Not so! The property and booking.com worked together to resolve the issue so I had a room and didn’t have to pay twice because of the date snafu. Michelle at the Best Western front desk is amazing! Kyla at booking.com was delightfully supportive in a position where I’m sure she’s often berated for system limitations. Thank you, both for ensuring I had a room for the night despite the drama.

It was a nice hotel. The room was clean.

The 3rd floor we were on smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke so bad that I thought it was the smoking floor, apparently there is no smoking floor. There was sketchy looking people hanging out everywhere. It's a nice hotel but maybe not a good neighborhood. And the elevator wasn't working so we had to walk all the way down the hallway, use the outside stairs and go up to floor 3. The sketchy people were in the stairs and I had to walk alone in the dark up the stairs.

It was very clean. The staff were friendly. Hot breakfast was good. They did move us on the second day. See the reason in comments but it was too late for my hip.

Because we were late with the traffic our room was on the second floor without an elevator my artificial hip started hurting carrying the suitcases to the second floor. We had a reservation thought we would be ok. The hot water in the shower never got hot in either room.

The room was very clean and a lot nicer than I expected for the price. While we were gone the staff came in and freshened up our room and gave us clean towels. They had pretty decent breakfast options included for free which was helpful. Great location near lots of restaurants!

I wished the pillows were better quality and the breakfast bar had scrambled eggs as an option.

My only issue was that there was construction going on right above our room. This was not disclosed to us when I reserved the room, nor was it upon checking in. When I complained, I was informed then that there was construction and that they were getting off at 5pm. The hammering lasted for well over two hours. My husband and I left the room early for our outing as it was clear it would be uncomfortable in the room until 5. We left at 5:30 and there was still hammering and banging. We should have been made aware prior to booking or upon check-in.

I came to this hotel after having a bad experience earlier in the day with another local hotel (BED BUGS!) The two women at the counter were extremely polite and engaged in wonderful conversations with me while checking in. The process was quick and easy. They were so helpful when I needed to print documents for work. Great place!

Competitive pricing in a city whose hotels have become expensive. Friendly and efficient staff accommodated our requests - large, comfortable room and bathroom - room air conditioning worked very well on exceptionally hot days - Hot and Cold breakfast selection - large parking lot and free parking - small but adequate gym - good wi-fi and TV reception - our room on the back was quiet and had a lovely garden view despite the hotel's location on a very busy street - quick and easy access to Interstate 77 - several fast-food restaurants nearby.

This is an older hotel and the public spaces show some wear, but hotel rooms have been upgraded and are fine.

I liked that the location was very close to the convention center and places to eat and get gas. Was pleasantly surprised how nice the room was

I didn’t particularly all the boxes of trash I saw outside the window and the elevator was down the entire time we stayed however I don’t hold this against the hotel by any means because I know they were in the process of reconstruction
