I liked the friendly and helpful staff. I found management personnel to be be understanding and willing to go the extra mile to help. I am a diabetic. They were considerate.

The location of my room near a wall where the leaves etc. carried by wind tend to accumulate . Sometimes I don't have the energy to go out and sweep. Also, unsavory strangers tend to park themselves right in front of my door at all hours which makes me afraid to go out of my room to smoke. It is ok in the daylight hours because hotel staff are walking around.

Very cordial, respectful staff member. Clean room, good AC unit, stove top and two sinks in-room "mini kitchen", didn't use it but cool feature to have.

People and activity outside/around the hotel...but they cannot control that, the police did though.

the room is clean and spacious for the price.

I didn't like that there was a lot of night walkers out and also I left two packs of pens there and called to let the person at the front desk know and he was very rude.
