The staff was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was really nice. Work out room was great. Transportation to and from the hotel was spot on! Coffee was great! Quick response to any needs!

I had to leave too early to check out breakfast. As attentive as everyone was, I’m sure that it would have been great. I arrived about dinner time and there wasn’t really any food available except some frozen foods and chips. They did accommodate by offering a shuttle to nearby restaurants but I was too tired to take advantage of that. Overall this was a great experience!

One of the male managers did a fantastic job of taking care of the problem when the lights in my room went off after using the microwave. Most of the staff were professional and friendly.

Lounge chairs outside the pool room were in disrepair. Pool was not heated. The shower in my room did not work, I had to use the tub. No low-sugar without artificial sweetener yogurt options. No restaurants within safe walking distance and no options provided by the hotel to get lunch and dinner meals. I ordered from Cracker Barrel but the order was never delivered and the manager (2 hours later) refunded it.

The gentleman that was working in the lobby and also drove the shuttle to the airport (I didn't catch his name) was very friendly and I enjoyed talking with him. He offered me a snack that was not openly available in the lobby/breakfast area while I was waiting for a few hours to go to the airport. The complimentary coffee was excellent and also much appreciated. My quick stay here was enjoyable and comfortable. The staff members were easy to make contact with and were very friendly. During this stay, I did not encounter anything that I disliked.

We were only there a very short time. Arrived late and left right after we had breakfast. Breakfast was good and the staff at the desk were friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff was great helping me make arrangements for our daughter to check in before we arrived. It made it easy for her.

It was a little confusing with there being other Holiday inns so close. We had a little trouble finding the hotel.

The staff was very nice, the breakfast was very good and the shuttle driver in the morning was on time and a very nice man. The shuttle driver at night seemed very overwhelmed, but I think that was because of the unexpected travelers including us due to our flight being changed

The room was so much more than I was expecting. The staff was so helpful from the manager Anthony to the housekeeper Paul everyone went out of their way to be of assistance. The breakfast was delicious and definitely more than we thought it would be.

I loved everything, room, staff and location

Staff was very friendly, from the shuttle, to check in, to breakfast and checkout. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful! The breakfast was exceptionally delicious. Love the pancakes and the sausage came out piping hot. There just isn't any ice right there, you have to go to the ice room which isn't far but not having ice where the food is can be inconvenient.

I loved the convenience of the location, clean facilities and exceptional customer service. The two shuttle drivers were particularly friendly and jovial as was the front desk manager.

I didn't get to try breakfast but that was because I had an early flight and this was through no fault of the staff. Perhaps next time I will sample it.

Excellent bed...large and comfy. Excellent TV and choice of stations...many premium stations. Excellent breakfast each morning...Wow! to the quality of the breakfast. Pre-made omelets (okay), the best biscuits and gravy I've had traveling, 2 types of sausage, hot cereals, coffee available round the clock, Excellent receptionist service...understood my arriving early and worked to get me into an open room early.

Couldn't bring up a 'guide' on the TV remote. That's it. Everything else was above my expectations.

Great Airport shuttle! Spotlessly clean rooms. Really friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the airline lost our bags and we arrived too late to get to any shops. The desk staff did their best to provide us with the bare essentials regarding toiletries. They were very kind!

This is an airport hotel. As such it provides everything you need at an airport!
