my room was clean and when I reported something wrong -a staff member was up within 5 mins to address the issue

shuttle was not available. we arrived at 10:35 and called for shuttle no answer to hotel phone for the next 20 minutes. also, the next morning we tried to get the shuttle back to airport-it was out for an oil change. about 10 mins later, they called saying the manager was able to take us! thank goodness as we had a rental car waiting for us!

Small mishap regarding check in room was pre paid and after check out I was charged twice . First room front door latch broken and smelled of smoke but the front desk staff member was kind and changed my room which was much better .

Could have been more food

The room was clean and the area quiet. The staff was friendly. Greeted me every time I walked through the doors. Although I don't really eat breakfast it was included and I did go see what they had and there were many selections to choose from. I will stay again.

I really don't have anything that didn't like. I mean, if I must say I checked out early because we were expecting storms with a wintery mixture so I needed to cut my trip by a day. When I was leaving I noticed how steep their front entrance was and it was already getting slick on the roads which would have made it difficult to get out of their parking lot.

Ultra clean and the staff was ultra friendly from guest services to the housekeeping staff.

Nothing. I just wish that when we told you our flight was coming in late you would have made arrangements to pick us up. It was 3 am before we got there due to having to find a way to get there.

I love the convenience of this location. Its close to my work and several options to eat at as well. Staff is always friendly. I've stayed 4 to 5 times now and each time has been exceptional.

I really don't have much to say that I didn't like. I think if I were to point something out it would the doors on the rooms. They have the automatic closures and the pull the doors closed so hard that they slam so you can hear everyone when they enter and exit their rooms.

The Internet was intermittent, the sound transmission from the upper floor was terrible… even when the cleaning crew was working even the broom could be heard

They allowed us to keep our room for a couple of extra hours as our flight had been canceled. Front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful.

Had to wait over an hour for the evening shuttle to get to the hotel. The morning shuttle was fully booked so I had to get an Uber or I would have been late for my fight
