Wonderful experience. Loved the indoor/outdoor pool. Would be a tad better a little later in the year, as the water was still quite chilly. Also needed a bit more attention as the surface had a lot of debris. Every single staff member with whom we interacted was awesome - we felt bad for them upon arrival as the computers were down. Made for some challenges for sure. But all in all, we would definitely return again!

The bed was soo comfortable!! And the breakfast potatoes were soo delicious

The breakfast was not the breakfast I saw online. I saw a stupendous variety on the buffet table of hot food. This was more like a McDonald's breakfast. Pancakes were hard and cold..the eggs were cold as well. The pool was too cold to swim in due to it not being closed off from the outside cold weather. So we couldn't even get in it.

The free transportation to and from the airport was incredible and the driver was super nice. I am in a wheelchair and he carried all of our luggage all the way into the room while my husband wheeled me in the wheelchair .Also, the buffet breakfast was fantastic. The best thing was getting to park our car at the hotel for $50 a week while we flew. It's so much safer and cheaper than the airport parking.

Property was nice…but my issue was with an additional charge they made after I checked out without telling me. I had to call them (several times) after my travels because they wouldn’t answer via this app message option or email. They charged me the taxes although everything was paid via Booking.com app. If I wasn’t knowledgeable on what I was doing and the way I paid….the accounting department had the entire story lined up about how upon check-in they charged part of the amount and the taxes upon check-out and none of this was true because I paid the entire stay before getting to the hotel via the booking.con app. Check your bank/credit card statements people…in case this happens to you!

Everything! The service where you can park your car in their lot while you fly for $50 a week is incredible! The shuttle drivers are all wonderful. I am in a wheelchair and they made the whole process easy.

The breakfast buffet is wonderful, but I don't need that much food in the morning. I would have appreciated an a la carte menu as well and Stevia sweetener and sugar free coffee creamer for the coffee.

Very comfortable good location for the airport and good food. Friendly staff.

The shuttle to the airport is a private shuttle organized by the hotel. When you arrive or drop off a car you have to call for a shuttle which is not made clear when booking and tricky if your phone is not working!

The atmosphere, location and the accommodations were very good. Not very close to activities but nothing Uber can't fix for under $20 each way

The front desk staff wasn't thorough. Didn't give any pointers about the property nor the room, she just threw the key card on the counter. There were events close by, but they didn't even care to advise of anything that might be of interest. We were told there would be robes and slippers in the upgraded room we purchased, but there was only one robe, no slippers.

We got the last room at the last minute, saving us being stranded in the airport.

Booking.Com took the reservation, but the hotel did not know it. Somehow, your computer system and theirs did not sync up. We had to pay twice for the room, and almost were not accommodated. If this is typical of your ability to talk to hotels, we have no incentive to use your website.

Inspite of being very late late they gave us a room. Although they charged me because the first night was a no show.

That when there is a powerful reason for the no show and we have previously informed the hotel through you, the hotel do not charge us the no show. Lesson learned. Next time I will book directly with the hotel.

Environment, location, staff is very courteous and professional.

Back parking lot continues to look like it’s not a part of the property. Every time I visit it looks the same, like no one is investing in it. (Front and back parking lot look like night and day ).
