The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice, and helpful with the check in process. My husband and I stayed here because we were attending the Metallica concert, the location was very convenient for us to get to the Bank of America Stadium!

Really only had one issue, our key card stopped working. The front desk staff was very nice and gave me a new one as soon as I notified them. Would also like to see a little more variety with the breakfast, such as fresh fruit or yogurt, but wasn't a deal breaker! They do need more parking though, the parking lot was completely full when we got back the second night.

The front desk staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They suggested I take an uber to get to my destination and told me to ask if I needed anything else. The night staff was helpful as well when we returned. The room was pretty clean but had some noticeable downfalls.

There was a spot against the bed frame and floor that looked like dried up food or vomit. The door handle in the bathroom was also broken so it wouldn’t allow you to lock it. I didn’t need that function so I didn’t complain. The sheets and towels had a couple of dark stains on them as well and the desk chair was very stained. I would suggest getting it deep cleaned or replacing it. The trash can at the rear of the building was overflowing as well.

The man at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. He got us a room on the ground floor since the elevator went out. It's only 7-8 minutes from the airport with a complimentary shuttle. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was very reasonably priced and did well for us in a pinch since our flight had been canceled.

The A/C unit made a loud tapping noise throughout the night that prevented us from getting a good night's sleep.

I came here on a job following Hurricane Helene, because there was no access to Asheville from the Knoxville side of the road. This hotel was like a light house in the sea after being at the flood zone. The staff were quite nice, and it had a homey feel to it.

In my experience, the neighborhood around this hotel was a little bit noisy, at least for Charlotte. If you want something for comfort and not a last minute business stay, maybe pick another neighborhood. If you don't have much location preference, you will not mind.

Everything was clean and the staff was really nice. Special thanks to our shuttle driver, I don’t know his name, but he was on shift on feb 27. The best person ever! Very welcoming and helpful in all our needs! We preferred the hotel mostly because you have a free shuttle to the airport, it’s very convenient.

We stayed in the room 201 and after my husband took a shower, the water was literally all over the bathroom. We hardly could cope with it and spent a lot of time to clean it up so we could use the toilet. And no one else decided to go for a shower after that, too much time and efforts, that’s sad. We’d prefer to have liquid soap instead of the bar, it’s much more ecological friendly and convenient. But we loved the window in the room! And if to be honest, we didn’t like the breakfast at all. Only waffles were really good. We understand money/quality, so we didn’t expect much, but still.

I stayed there for FIFA Clubs Cup, so only used the hotel to shower and sleep a little bit as I was running around the country nonstop. I liked that it is close to the airport and that you have a microwave in the room. It saved me because my uber eats food arrived as cold as my soul and I was able to warm it up and have a somewhat nice meal after a long day of work.

Nothing bad really.

it was cleaned, easy to find, one of the best choices , when we entered that friday night, i couldn’t catch his name but he was amazing. he greeted us , and made sure we knew where to go and honestly, keep him! got there about 9-10 pm.

I can’t say there was anything that i didn’t like to be honest, everyone minded their own business, help was needed as needed.

Clean rooms

The shuttle took 45 minutes to pick me up, although I arrived after 10pm and there was no traffic. I had to call the front desk twice to make sure someone was picking me up. The hotel is 2 miles or 7 minutes from the airport. Go figure...

Bed was extremely comfortable. Rooms were well designed and had refrigerators, microwaves and tvs.

Our first room looked great and was newly renovated, but the shower had little to pressure and no hot water. The hotel relocated us for our second night and the shower was much better, but the bathroom could use a little help as the sink was needing reattached better to the wall. Breakfast was ok

The hotel is close to Charlotte airport. I used the hotel's free shuttle to and from the airport and the service was prompt and the shuttle trip was only about 10 minutes. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff provided exellent service.

The room and bathroom had bright white lights. I prefer warm white lighting and think this would improve the ambience.
