New management (apparently) has made a great turnaround from our last several experiences. THe hotel overall is much cleaner. And the new staff is much more friendly. (The maintenance man, James Billings(?) has always been exceptionally friendly and very helpful, taking care of any minor and major maintenance problems we encountered efficiently and right away. And now all the staff seems to be of like mind. Altogether a most pleasant experience.d

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and it was nice and quiet.

I was told they serve breakfast, then told at arrival that they were NOT serving breakfast...but only drinks. The place could use a remodel and the window was no fogged up you could barely see out of it.

The staff is very nice and the location is nice as well. The quality is average the room are private decent and comfortable.

I like the breakfast! I can't remember her name African Women, a Housekeeper, she is very passionate about her work and a very hard worker ☺️

Their are roaches in the hotels but I do clean our rooms daily so it keeps them from coming back. Me and my kids are homeless so I do the best I can do. We have two rooms.

The property was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. I especially liked the fact that the night clerks at the front desk were always there and ready to help, no matter how late it was. The hotel itself could use a little upgrade the decor is a little outdated but still in great shape and well maintained. The beds were super comfortable and the hot water never runs out; another bonus. There isn't a pool but there is a Waffle House right across the street. All in all a pleasant night of some great and much needed rest while traveling.

Door Dash was the only thing we didn't enjoy. For so many reasons. But that has nothing to do with the hotel itself. Just recommend you use Uber Eats or any other food delivering business for food.

The fact that on line it indicates they serve breakfast. They even have signs in the elevator indicating times breakfast is served. Yet there is no breakfast. Disappointing.

The breakfast I didn’t have a chance to eat bcuz I had to leave early mornings so I could go to work breakfast was never done by 5am

Breakfast was great staff was awesome and lobby was clean had a dog smell in hallway but was clean.

Bathroom had a already opened bar of soap in it and the sheets had a stain on them

Good location right off the interstate. The staff are great. Housekeeping love to sing as they go from room to room at least while they were on our floor, it was very entertaining. The room was very large and accommodating.

Direct TV reception was horrible first night and I had to use my Netflix account. Had the tv not been a smart tv there would have been no use of tv. TV size was also on small size for room size.

Clean room and great value. Bed was comfortable and overall good service.
