The inside of the facility was nice

The outside of the facility was not to appealing. The breakfast hour was supposed to end at 10 and it ended at nine Mom remote in the living room cause I had the suite did not work. In the bathroom in the main bedroom, two of the towels on the floor in the bathroom were cracked when I checked in. And the sofa bed was just a sofa bed. We thought it was a pull out bed. A pull out bed will be preferred in the suites room instead of a sofa bed but otherwise the hotel was nice and also when someone is on a shuttle run. There’s nobody at the front desk to help you. That’s not good cause something could be really wrong and we will have to wait for the person to come back.

I liked the location as it was easy to find and quite affordable. I also had a situation where I just relocated to NC, started a new job, and hadn't found an apartment yet. I was unaware of the one week stay and then check out. The management staff was very understanding and worked with me through my three week stay as I had nowhere else to go at the time Job well done!

The cleanliness could have been better. My phone fell between the mattress and head board. While retrieving my phone, I found a pair of men's underwear (I traveled alone) and a significant amount of trash/ dirt. Although I kept the room neat, I noticed housekeeping did not vacuum when they serviced my room. The hall was littered with dead crane flies, leaves, a container of lotion and dust from out side. I requested it to be cleaned for three days before it was done. The shower heads in all three rooms I stayed in were broken.

Flight was cancelled at last minute out of Charlotte airport. 10 pm and hundreds are scrambling for lodging. Country Inn was a welcome port in the storm. Close by, easy shuttle to and from the airport, clean and nice staff. Basic breakfast as typical for these hotels but more than met our needs. Very comfortable beds and linens. And a great value, costing much much less than other hotels nearby. Very glad to have been able to spend the night in a nice room than at the airport.

I went to the front desk and told them about a vehicle parked outside my window at room 111. It had one and sometimes two men sitting in it for at least 3 hours. I saw one woman come to the car and leave after about 5 minutes. Sometimes the red brakes lights were on. It finally left. The entire time I was nervous about it right next to my window!!! I was scared. It didn't leave or move for at least 2 hours after I reported my fears to the man at the front desk.

Robert from the night shift was really helpful! The hotel offered transportation to the airport and back to the hotel.

I had to wait for about 1 hour to have my room got there at 3:30pm, I received the room at 4:30pm. The front desk guy from the day shift wasn't too nice. He asked me to wait for about 20 min for my room. I came back about 4:09pm, I needed the bathroom, and I asked for the room, and he said to "chill" that I only had waited for 5 min. I didn't get my room until I got Booking.com customer service involved.

I was able to get a room at the last minute. This was an unplanned stay because my flight was cancelled. There was a shuttle from the airport.

I booked a ride on the shuttle back to the airport for the next day. I saw the attendant write it down. The next day, someone else was working front desk and responsible for the shuttle. She said there was no record of my reservation. About 45 minutes later, she did take me back to the airport, which was fine because I had the time but it might have been a problem for someone in a hurry to catch their plane.

The second room we eventually stayed smelled fresh and clean in comparison to the first room we had, which was smoke scent filled. I reported my dislike to the front desk and they were very accommodating. A hotel with shuttle service was a necessairy for us, with a 7am international flight and having to be at the airport for 5am, the on time shuttle service was a bonus.

The internet was non existent.

The room was good size, I would say larger than the first one. We stayed 9n the first floor on the 6th of December and the 2nd floor on the 11th very happy and would recommend for anyone who don't want to break the bank for a good night's sleep

Your reservation office isn't very helpful if you make a mistake in booking. I made 2 reservations by mistake for the same night, one with insurance on it, but the won't refund my money just offered a free one night stay.

The room was nice and, clean, you could smell they just sprayed and cleaned , Great Size! Convient to our Family, shower stall was nice, overall stay was good, read below

The Ice machines were horrible, I could not use neither one of them, I would have to leave and purchase ice when needed,the toilet had no lid, Please purchase New Ice Machines, Rapidly, also get the Ladies some New Cleaning Carts, They are Rusted out, out dated, pool was not set up for usage, Worst of All your Doors do not lock after hours, ANYONE OFF THE STREETS CAN JUST WALK IN, VERY UNSAFE!!!!

Breakfast was not served the day I was there, but the front desk people were good. The room was comfortable. Check in and out was a breeze.

The parking lot to get in was horrible. There was a huge hole just before getting to the property. Parking was a little off as well. There weren't any close spaces by the door, which was an inconvenience to my handicapped mom who came with me.
