We really liked the 2 bedroom suite. The beds were comfortable and the kitchenette was well equipped with pans / plates / silverware etc. The breakfast was pretty good and helped us keep our budget down. Hotel was an easy 10-15min drive to anywhere we wanted to go in Charlotte.

We were a little disappointed that the pool was closed indefinitely (as of Oct 2023). But it didn't ruin our stay and we enjoyed the other features of the hotel. Would definitely stay there again, hopefully the pool will be up and running!

The staff! You have an AMAZING staff!!! The woman who worked the desk overnight on 12/14 was such a pleasure!!! Kind, friendly, knowledgeable and down to Earth!!! I wish I had gotten her name but you really need to commend her!!!

The elevator was broke so we had to walk to the end of the hotel for the elevator then back to the other end for our room. I know its something that couldn’t be fixed on the weekend and, in the hotels defense, it was being fixed when we left Monday.

Felecia, Senaide & D’Anna were awesome employees. Felecia made sure we had great rooms and the rooms were clean and sanitized. Senaide, addressed my concerns before check in with Felecia and made sure we had 3 of the better rooms and everything we needed to make our weekend stay enjoyable. At the front desk when checking in, D’Anna greeted us with a smile and made sure check in went smoothly. She also checked in with us periodically during our stay to make sure everything was okay with room and our stay.

All was well except the experience with the shuttle.

I was very distressed as I waited for the shuttle for 2 hours and it never came. I had to pay a taxi US$25.00 to take me to the place. Also I had used all my data on my phone calling the hotel but did not get any answer. On arrival I was told that the phone was out of service and that there was no driver working that night. I was very stressful and asked for a refund of US$25 which I paid for the taxi but was told management was out and nothing can be done. I am still hoping that I will be able to get the US25 refunded.

The room flooded! We did not know where the flood was coming from. The microwave did not work at all. Seems to be a problem where the dishwasher and sink flooded all at the same time. My daughter and I left for the GNX concert and came back to a completely soaked floor with the cabinets at the bottom of the stove flooded as well.

I loved the lady at the front desk she was pleasant and helpful. We needed extra towel, blanket she did not complain at all and provided them and stayed pleasant the entire interaction I stayed at another hotel on the way down and that hotel staff was horrid and the facilities were as well they were actually rated higher than this one, but not in my book Hyatt was definitely better staff attitude and customer appreciation. This is unfortunately a hard quality to find these days. They did great!

The hotel you could tell needed maintenance such as one elevator was completely shut down the other had not been serviced since 3-18-2021 the other 2 dates on it were 4-2-2020 and 2-21-2019, but you could tell the elevator was iffy from the sounds which is what made me look at the service dates. The picture showed a waffle machine it did not have any and the breakfast was there, but nothing like I am used to from a Hyatt Hotel. There was enough still to satisfy your hunger and let you get on your way.

This place is the best place I’ve lived in my whole entire career as it has the best HUMBLE SERVICES AROUND. I loved all the workers humility and kindness.

Find a way of managing some unfortunately rude homeless people who just walk in and go straight to the dining area and gouge themselves with the legal tenants break fast. By the time we get there, they will have finished most of the food. It’s high time you employed some security personnel to deal with this. Otherwise it brings down the outlook of Hyatt. Police were called in more than twice when we were there to come manage some of these individuals.

Breakfast was amazing! The breakfast was hot fresh and delicious. They had a omelet station which was shocking and it was outstanding! Also I love how my room was made like a mini apartment. I see why they call it hyatt house. The staff were really nice. Even the front desk staff and the bartender lady. The room was clean.

I hate that the pool was not working due to out having electrical issues. Also they were supposed to have free cookies. They only had it the one time first day I csm

the breakfast is awesome! The room was amazing. We had a kitchenette, dishwasher, 2 very comfortable beds, and a very spacious room set up. The shower had great water pressure and the bathroom facilities were separated for more than 1 person to be utilizing a different appliance. ALL the employees I interacted with her superb, helpful, friendly and went above and beyond what I had expected.

Unfortunately the bar restaurant wasn't open but other employees suggested where we could go for dinner. Again your employees performed to well above any expectation!

This was my second stay at the Hyatt House in Charlotte. We come for a national skate party called RITC. Both trips were pleasant and memorable. The staff is polite, efficient and helpful. The woman at the bar in particular was such a sweetheart both times and can mix her BUTT off!! Lol we will venture back to this location anytime we are in the area!

We did get woken up out of our sleep to the sound of a fire alarm. That was a bit displeasing and there wasn't much communication on the front. It did get me out of bed so that I didn't miss breakfast which happened to be quite wonderful. So other than the unscheduled wake up call, it was still a pleasant stay.
