The room

I didn’t like that you have to pay for parking being that I’m already staying there, also the couch was uncomfortable to sleep on.

The overall experience at the accommodation was very positive. The setup of the room was well done, and both the shower and bathroom met expectations. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us, allowing a late checkout at 1:30 PM. We appreciated this gesture, although we ultimately checked out around 12:50 to 1:00 PM. This level of service was a nice touch.

I had a generally positive experience at the property. One minor concern I noted was the presence of some mold near the shower area, which appeared to be related to the design of the door and water runoff. We were able to address this issue by placing a towel in the area, which helped mitigate the problem and allowed us to enjoy our stay comfortably. Additionally, I had another concern regarding communication about our late check-out. We were informed that we could check out at 1:30 PM; however, we received two visits from housekeeping before that time. It seemed unclear whether the housekeeping staff was aware of our late check-out status. I believe improved communication regarding check-out times would be beneficial. Overall, aside from these minor issues, my stay was quite enjoyable.

Room look exactly like the picture .bed so soft. Love the seating area it's not just a single chair. Like that the tv turns to whichever area you want to be in. It not far from anything

It crazy to charge parking for the type of lot the had. The walls are very thin I was on the 3rd floor I could hear the kids and adult playing outside at 1am clear. Also could her the Adults next door doing the grown up thing over my tv and the music. Did not like that I paid on booking but the hotel said I didn’t now I have a pending charge twice on my account and having to wait to get my money back which I was trying to fix this before I left and the lady at the desk say just call tomorrow and it's not like I just stayed one night either

I liked the room's size and set up. It was very spacious and i liked the way it was set up, with the sitting area separated from the bedroom but you could see through to it with a partial wall.

I didn't like the fact that my pillow case had something black on it resembling mascara and the sheets had a red spot on it. I felt like housekeeping should have seen that when they put them on the bed and switched them out. I saw it as soon as I turned back the sheets, so i know they did. I thought that took away from the rating even though everything else in the room and hotel in general was nice.

The room and hotel was clean, and the staff were professional.

I received my bill and notice I was charge for parking. It wasn't mentioned online when I booked nor was I told upon check in. I would have thought parking was free being that I was staying at the hotel. The breakfast was ok, the only thing was I went down for breakfast at 9:30am and there wasn't any breakfast out, things were put away before the 10am cut off time other than a few muffins and bagels. The pillows could be better, weren't comfortable to sleep on, they flatten to fast and there wasn't a blow dryer in the room, so I couldn't blow dry my hair.

The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was professional and friendly. All the staff I came in contact with all said good morning,are good afternoon. The room was cozy and clean. I really enjoyed my birthday stay. I would recommend it to all my family and friends. The breakfast took me by surprise as well.was looking for a muffin and coffee. But the options of turkey or pork sausage, oatmeal, fruit, cereal, biscuits and gravy, omelette, toast, bagel, and yogurt. This will definitely be my go to hotel .

Overall good. It was clean, staff was friendly, good value.

The rooms. The stupid barndoor with big window for the bathroom. Very loud trying to close if you got up at night, then trying not to use the light because it would shine right where the bed is. Whoever design that was not thinking about practicality at all. Also like 4- 5 charging outlets on one side with the clock but zero on the other.

Great location! This hotel is surrounded with many places to eat, Topgolf, the Premium Outlets and close to the interstate. The staff were amazing rarely seen any of them but when I did they greeted and the check-in and checkout process was fast and easy.

When calling room service for things like extra towels we had to go to the front desk to get them ourselves. It wasn’t a problem but I would assume the housekeeper would bring them to our room.

The rooms are definitely great & cozy! Clean everything!

There was some form of fire but no instructions. Once asked where the stairs were employees couldn’t inform us where they were. Once outside they couldn’t even give us any information behind why what was going on. Key cards ended up stop working which cause us to be somewhat locked out of the hotel and our belongings. Management wasn’t much help either didn’t really feel safe with nobody knowing what’s going on.
