Overall, I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. The location was great. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious as well, and the shower was good. The front desk staff was very nice and pleasant. I also enjoyed the pool. There was plenty of free parking. I will definitely stay here again.

There was only one long reclining lawn chair near the pool area that was being occupied. It would be nice to have a couple more. Also, I didn't like that there were several (7) young kids in the gym area playing around. They disabled two of the treadmills because they kept pressing the buttons on the machines uncontrollably.

We stayed overnight in Charlotte in order to catch a very early flight the following day. The hotel is about 10 minute ride from the airport and we had no traffic issues. We used the shuttle provided to travel back to the airport. NOTE that the shuttle is not available during particular morning hours dues to it's dedicated use for airline staff training.

Not a fan of having a room near the entry area -- it was far from the lobby from indoors but was near the exterior entry from the outdoors. It was too late at night on our arrival to bother with changes.

I came here because I could not get to Asheville due to hurricane. came by train, no car, dropped off by Lyft at 9:30 am. Stacy kindly checked me in early so I would not have to wander til 3:00 check in. So Kind, Coconut said she would hold my luggage until my ride arrived and Yolanda extended my stay until my ride would get here. Love those wonderful kind souls. thanks and bless them. They are treasures and it is a wonderful hotel.

the staff handled my lost booking poorly. This is a marriott property and it felt like Motel 6 treatment. It wasnt my fault booking.com didnt send the confirmation. I showed the confirmation on my phone and the staff should have been more concerned with my night sleep instead they had me step aside, helped many customrs and only then told me it was my job to call booking.com. I ended up paying for a night sleep instead.

It all revolves around the actions of the manager, Stacy. Our flight was going to arrive into Charlotte after midnight. I was told a shuttle would still be available but when I called it was done by 11 PM so I had to take a taxi. The next morning when I explained the circumstances, without my asking, or expecting it, she reimbursed me the cost of the taxi. Customer service like that is very hard to find today.

Arrived very late on Saturday, Aug 2, after several flight cancellations. The booking clerk on duty was tremendous, offering lots of helpful suggestions and going well out of the usual "desk clerk" role to help us. Her overall demeanor was delightful. She's the kind of person you want all of the public facing staff to emulate.

The staff were absolutely amazing they were so friendly and helpful no matter what time of day or night I could count on their help. The pool hours were great and the location was great close to everything we needed including several different food restaurants

I had a reservation with booking.com that went missing, the night shift was busy helping others so I had to call booking.com myself, then have booking.com call him. I felt that he could have called and handled the situation directly instead of having the customer go through the roundabout. I understand he had a lot on is plate, but at the same time, this might not be the first time things like this happened at his job.

Location in relation to airport and interstate; pool clean and inviting; staff was helpful. Shuttle service was convenient and appreciated to OMB for dinner.

Breakfast at 7 is too late on weekends for travelers. We were not notified that the park and stay was closed due to construction. We were able to park at Aloft , but for an additional fee.
