Very close to the airport, shuttle service from and to the airport was offered. Staff was very friendly and of service, especially Nadea at the front desk who offered us her own power plug charger for our mobile phones which really saved us (we only had European plug chargers and the one we needed was not available at the hotel’s store). Very quiet place, we had a great night’s sleep.

Breakfast was not available when we were there due to a supply issue. The shower tap was very difficult to turn on, almost like stuck.

The room I requested, the bathroom, did not have a handicap bar near the toilet. The toilet wasn't flushing properly when I arrived, and when I mentioned the situation to the front desk, although the problem was resolved, they did not clean the toilet after fixing the toilet. Also, I had to ask twice to have my linen change after the third day. The maid did not change it; she remade the bed using the same dirty linen. The reason I wanted it to be changed was that I extended my stay, and the sheets were soiled.

The room was spacious and clean. Bed was super comfy. They had complimentary toothpaste, toothbrush, razors, and shaving cream when we couldn’t find our overnight kit. Austin at the front desk texted me to see about my stay and if I had a questions I could just text and he would respond quickly. And the breakfast buffet was delicious!!! Johnathan was our server and he was so polite and Sanaa was the nicest manager. She made us feel welcome and she made sure all the food looked amazing and there was plenty of it.

That we thought we had to pay for parking but then they gave us a pass. I almost didn’t book the stay there and went somewhere else because it said parking is $12 a day online.

Hotel is beautiful. We had issues with the toilet running and not flushing, but that was okay - I let the front desk and the text representative know as we were checking out. They were able to accommodate our early check-in request.

I would like to be reimbursed for the 2 breakfasts I paid for. Almost everything was out on the buffet when we went down and I went up 3-4 times and could not get any more eggs, bacon, turkey sausage. Had to ask for syrup because all out. Friend ordered breakfast and took 30-40 minutes to get pancakes because they were out of banana french toast. Although we were downstairs by 10:15am and buffet/breakfast to go to 11am, it was pretty bad. Another group left after looking at the buffet as again, most items were completely out.

This hotel is always clean, great location, not far from downtown. The staff there is always very helpful and friendly. I recommend this hotel to people all the time.

When we went to take a shower, the shower head was not working properly. We went to the front desk and they were so helpful. They got maintaince to the room right away and replaced the head. Everyone was so accommodating and the service was excellent.

Very clean room. Bed was comfortable. Peaceful and quiet. Pool was very nice. Staff was helpful.

We chose the breakfast buffet because of high prices of line items. The food was below average and disappointing. The Peets coffee was horrible. We couldn't drink it. Overpriced food. I felt nausea after the meal. Excess grease. We complained to the staff. We shouldn't have been charged. Hilton did not charge for breakfast buffet until 2022.

Breakfast buffet was NOT exceptional, very few options, food was cold and not in a nominal price range. for 2 people was $51. Even for other food services lacked options. Also, The service staff could have been more accommodating. Definitely needs an update!! Will NOT be utilizing this venue if and when we come back & definitely would not recommend!

I like that the property had an indoor swimming pool.

The pool area was very small with not much air circulation. The restaurant was very slow with service. The food was not worth the price. Had to pay for parking which should be included with the room price. For the price of the room the size was very small. I requested a table for a birthday cake but the table inside the room was not a good size for decorating.

There was a space between the bottom of the hotel room door and the carpet . I put a towel down to cover it up. You could see the light outside in the hotel hall way and hear people. And instead of a wall, there was a privacy curtain over a window to keep from seeing people in the hall way, which I thought was odd.

I had a bad day traveling.. flight cancelled. I wish I got the gentlmans name.. he took me from my plane to the hotel via shuttle night of the 16th.. 8p.m. He was full of life, made the ride enjoyable.. beautiful hotel, great staff.. wonderful breakfast buffet would stay again.. but hopefully my next flight goes better!!
