Hotel is beautiful. We had issues with the toilet running and not flushing, but that was okay - I let the front desk and the text representative know as we were checking out. They were able to accommodate our early check-in request.

I would like to be reimbursed for the 2 breakfasts I paid for. Almost everything was out on the buffet when we went down and I went up 3-4 times and could not get any more eggs, bacon, turkey sausage. Had to ask for syrup because all out. Friend ordered breakfast and took 30-40 minutes to get pancakes because they were out of banana french toast. Although we were downstairs by 10:15am and buffet/breakfast to go to 11am, it was pretty bad. Another group left after looking at the buffet as again, most items were completely out.

This hotel is always clean, great location, not far from downtown. The staff there is always very helpful and friendly. I recommend this hotel to people all the time.

When we went to take a shower, the shower head was not working properly. We went to the front desk and they were so helpful. They got maintaince to the room right away and replaced the head. Everyone was so accommodating and the service was excellent.

Very clean room. Bed was comfortable. Peaceful and quiet. Pool was very nice. Staff was helpful.

We chose the breakfast buffet because of high prices of line items. The food was below average and disappointing. The Peets coffee was horrible. We couldn't drink it. Overpriced food. I felt nausea after the meal. Excess grease. We complained to the staff. We shouldn't have been charged. Hilton did not charge for breakfast buffet until 2022.

Breakfast buffet was NOT exceptional, very few options, food was cold and not in a nominal price range. for 2 people was $51. Even for other food services lacked options. Also, The service staff could have been more accommodating. Definitely needs an update!! Will NOT be utilizing this venue if and when we come back & definitely would not recommend!

I like that the property had an indoor swimming pool.

The pool area was very small with not much air circulation. The restaurant was very slow with service. The food was not worth the price. Had to pay for parking which should be included with the room price. For the price of the room the size was very small. I requested a table for a birthday cake but the table inside the room was not a good size for decorating.

Clean, nice room, shuttle service

There was a space between the bottom of the hotel room door and the carpet . I put a towel down to cover it up. You could see the light outside in the hotel hall way and hear people. And instead of a wall, there was a privacy curtain over a window to keep from seeing people in the hall way, which I thought was odd.

I had a bad day traveling.. flight cancelled. I wish I got the gentlmans name.. he took me from my plane to the hotel via shuttle night of the 16th.. 8p.m. He was full of life, made the ride enjoyable.. beautiful hotel, great staff.. wonderful breakfast buffet would stay again.. but hopefully my next flight goes better!!

Inviting hotel with great appeal! Staff was exceptional! Only discrepancy I had was breakfast was empty at 9am. I know ..I know..I’m usually an early riser and would have had a a hot meal, but I wasn’t able to check in until after midnight with flight delays and cancellations (imagine that). Overall, excellent choice for a really nice place to relax!!

Everything was excellent for our stay. We ate in the restaurant and the staff and food was excellent.

We did have a little excitement at 5 am. When someone pulled a fire alarm and we had to evacuate the building. But the staff was very professional during this process. Happy New year to all that was staying here

At first they couldn't find our reservations and when we got there one guy asked for our id and we placed it in his hand and then he placed it on the counter never once looked up at us to see if the faces matched the ids next when given the keys he just put them on the counter never once playing us any attention which we found rude
