We had a King size suite..loved that there was a full kitchen..we also liked that there was a pull out couch if needed..ABSOLUTELY loved that there was a bedroom with a door that could be closed and be separated if needed..the outside seating with the fire pits were GREAT! I was able to unwind outside by the fire and relax..the staff were very accommodating and kind..

The breakfast that was included was obviously very generic..the eggs weren’t real eggs made from scratch..they were definitely powdered eggs..the sausage wasn’t real sausage..no sides such as potatoes or rice? I should have made a bagel and had some fruit? If you travel..don’t expect breakfast to be such as the Holiday Inn Express? Although the accommodations were great..and the price being quite a bit higher than the Holiday Inn Express..I just expected more? But we would definitely stay again..

The first thing I liked was when I came in the lobby I was greeted by friendly staff that let me check in a couple hours early. I am used to waiting until 3 pm check in. Then I went to my room and was met with a clean feeling in my room. The room size is the size of an actual one bedroom studio but big enough for a couple and two smaller children or for two friends that dont sleep in the same space. There is a bed and a sofa bed but the space is not separated for privacy. There is a comforter, fitted sheet, and flat sheet in the closet ,but if you need it for the sofa you will need to see if the front desk has extra covers since the bed has a thin quilt. You will also need to bring a couple extra pillows or get them from the front desk if more than two people are staying in the room.Only thing I don’t like is that the tv is positioned on a swivel table so if both of you want to watch tv you either have to be on the bed, the couch, or you can watch it from the kitchen while cooking. The kitchen space is enough for you to be comfortable in while cooking. There is not a stove just a big and small burner. The coffee maker is one cup at a time with no pot. The living room is a good size. The bathroom is a good size. We had the walk in shower in our room and it is huge. Only thing I didn’t like about the shower is that the knob to turn the shower on is on opposite end of the shower than the shower head. The bathroom doesn’t come with a circulation fan so it can get a little hot in there. Other than this just remember to bring seasonings with you because there isn’t any in the room. I like that there is outside seating for everyone and it’s not just in the pool area.

Excellent stay from checking-in through to checking out. Great room, really clean and comfy bed, and oh - the aircon works well. the bathrooms were clean and very spacious. I was surprised at how much space I had in the studio which had everything including a big fridge in the kitchen area. Couldn't fault it, and you could tell the designers thought it through. Lovely stay, and there wasn't that claustrophobic feeling of being in a hotel room because it was large.

Breakfast can be a little better, the meat and eggs were over cooked, maybe add some biscuits and gravy or something like a crock pot of sausage gravy and biscuits where the bagels be at, just a thought. But them waffles, TOP TIER‼️

Well located hotel, close to a park. Very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Very little traffic noise.

Disappointed that parking was an additional charge - the car park was huge and no issue with space.

Our visit to this hotel was excellent. Friendly staff, comfortable and clean room and grounds. Breakfast was good too. Check in and check out simple and quick. Highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect place to land after flying into Charlotte post Intl flight/long travel day from Europe. Clean rooms. Lots of space. Printer was super helpful for some travel docs. Great staff!

Clean, smelled great, comfortable, quiet, great outdoor sitting area, great location, breakfast was great with lots of additional options and a friendly staff.

I hate that I had to leave. That is it 🤷🏽‍♀️

I really liked that the hotel room had a complete kitchen area.

I didn’t like that I was not told that they charge for parking during your stay.

Thanks Daniel for the grand hospitality. The room was perfect for 2 people and the kitchen was exactly what we needed.

The limited parking, but it wasn't a show stopper.
