GREAT LOCATION! The apartment was also nice and provided utensils, appliances, and linen. I also enjoyed having contact with Kasa although there was no human interaction.

The wifi didn’t work in the bedroom (which is not a dealbreaker, I don’t utilize tvs in my home bedroom but it may cause frustration for others that may want to utilize it) and the sink in the kitchen was clogged which caused a smell.

It was very clean, very comfortable, an easy drive from the airport. Our trip was to visit UNC which was a 20 minute drive (we live in a very large city, so 20 minutes is typical) but worth it to us, and we will stay again on future trips. Full kitchen and YES there’s a Keurig!! Not exactly sure how we would replenish the coffee pods if we had stayed longer, but I’m sure there is a way.

It was a bit confusing to get into and I couldn’t understand if it was all short-term rental or if some people live there permanently, or a combo. The instructions to get into the building were confusing but once we figured it out, it was fine. The instructions are step-by-step. I encourage you to read them, but be aware it’s confusing at first.

Loved this stay, especially the gym facilities. The beds were comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed - lots of amenities. We will continue to stay here on our future Charlotte trips.

There were only two things we thought could be improved. One was that it was a bit bright in the morning with the type of blinds they had, and one of us wakes up when it gets bright so curtains in the bedrooms would be nice. The second thing was the soundproofing, it was easy to hear the upstairs neighbors walking around, closing doors, etc. I woke up once or twice due to this. Not dealbreakers for us though.

Thorough check in instructions were provided the week of check in. Very easy to get into the property, building, and assigned room. Very quiet location, mostly young adults never ran into any families with children. Plenty of private parking available, quiet neighborhood, great location near the freeways and highways of the city.

I requested late check out 24 hours in advance, which was the only time it was offered. They require a $25 late checkout fee, and they were only going to offer 1 hour later check out (12 pm instead of 11 am). This information should have been advertised sooner, so other accommodations could have been arranged.

(1) Check-in was complicated since, as a foreign visitor, I was without Internet connection at the time to get into my unit. Then, i paid for ROAMING services from my telephone company (very $$$$) looking for Kasa assistance. Nobody answered me on chat.... Sunday 11pm.... then, one Kindle person open the building door for me and help me tonget into my unit. Lucky me! But I exposed my Access code to him. Next morning, Kasa answered me and changed my access code! (2) Location: a little bit far away from downtown. I'll rent a car next time

I like the exercise room. The area that they have set apart for that and I also like the balcony areas. Nice and quiet. Yeah. I like the the space I like this space.It's a very nice place

I can hear the people above walking dragging my feet stomping whatever they were doing up there the way it was very distracted, it was very I can hear people talking, Ah, it was very disturbing. That was the only thing that I found how about this place? I did not like, does that thing woke me up? That wasn't also you know, because you know I hear it was pretty, but it's the working. You have labeled 3 beds if that it is, but you did not tell us that it was in 3 rooms you should set. It's 2 rooms with a pull out bed. Therefore, we would have known thank you.

The accommodations were more than welcoming. Most places you stay don’t feel like home. This one had plenty of room to accommodate my handicap with my cane and my disability. The staff was great and I just overall had a great experience. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. I’ve traveled a lot and this was so pleasant. If your looking for a place to stay in charlotte I highly recommend staying here over other locations! Thank you again

Our stay at Kasa was wonderful. The victual check in was the first time we ever had this experience, but the directions to our unit were easy to follow with the codes to enter through the gate/building and unit. The unit itself was a luxury apartment and was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The area was quiet and we would return for another stay. It was nice to stay in an apartment, we went shopping at a local grocery store and cooked in for some of the meals throughout the week. I would highly recommend this Kasa in Charlotte NC.

The only thing I would have changed, is there was no vacuum cleaner in the unit. There was a broom but no dustpan so we had to use either a piece of paper to collect the debris or sweep it out to the balcony.

We loved the location and how easy the checkin instructions were and how simple the check out was as well. There wasn’t much we had to do before leaving which was super nice. We also loved how clean it was and having access to extra cleaning supplies and detergents under the sink as well. This was very handy when utilizing the kitchen area.

There were only two things we didn’t like during our stay. First was that the room smelled like bacon when we arrived like the last guests had cooked it that morning before checking out. There were windows left open in our room to help with airing out the smell but it still didn’t really go away until the day before we left. I would have rather just been placed in a different room if the staff noticed that there was a smell before we arrived. The second thing was that the head board of the bed was not completely screwed into the frame of the bed which made it extremely noisy when trying to sleep. I think both of these things were very simple and would not keep us from coming back and staying here again.

An excellent stay. I was very impressed with this property. It was very spacious, had clearly been deep cleaned, and the decor and furnishings were all modern and high quality. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into the design of both the property and the guest experience - the access instructions were very clear, digitally guiding us through one step at a time. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was a lot of storage space, which was handy as our one-year old comes with a lot of literal baggage. They even provided bowls and treats for our four-legged companion. The location was great too - it was gated and secure, and felt quiet and cut-off from the noise of the city despite being extremely close to downtown. I was extremely impressed with Kasa and the property and will absolutely be looking out for Kasa properties to stay at on our travels in future.

Nothing, it was a perfect experience. I have no criticism whatsoever.
