I loved all of the accommodations and the fact that it was close to the Bank of America Stadium. It was a wonderful stay!

I noticed the shower wasn’t thoroughly cleaned but not a big deal. I would have loved for the pool to have been opened, we were looking forward to that.

I didn't stay for breakfast because I had to leave early due to family emergency. But the hotel was clean, the room was clean, and the desk clerk was very nice and attentive. I felt like I had moved into a new place of my own, it was so comfortable. I love the suites and everything was accommodating.

The location was close to everything we needed.

The hallways all smelled very bad due to ppl leaving their trash at the elevators(where the trash cans are located), but there were items just sitting on top of the trash as well.

It is close to anything you need. We were 5 minutes from Carowinds. The room was spacious. Had seating for everyone, so we didn't have to eat in our lap on the bed. We will definitely make this our destination spot.

The young Lady Julia was awsome she went up and above to make sure we enjoyed our stay the Smile friendliness from her and the rest of the staff just really seemed to enjoy what she did and it showed.....and the cleanliness and very guiet inside the hotel. Just perfect☺️

Everyone here were very friendly even the guest. I was provided with the things I needed when I asked with no issues.

I did not like the coffee that was provided with the room.

The property was very clean, easy check in and checkout. Room was exactly as expected from pictures on website. Staff extremely nice

Very nice location compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in the area. The Staff were beyond nice and very helpful! I would definitely stay here again!
