Property has a pool that is outdoor with a portion that goes indoor as well. It has all the normal amenities (gym, business center, 2 ice machines). It also has guest laundry, which we needed traveling with a toddler.
We booked through booking.com and paid in advance. Receptionist rebilled us (but fixed it). Then put a $25 hold on the card “in case we use anything in the room”. I believe this was actually a pre bill for breakfast, which we had already added to the booking.com booking. Staff was very nice though.

I love the online check in and digital key. I also really like being able to choose my actual room. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I was traveling alone and I felt the location was safe and the parking lot was well lit.
Didn't care for the scent of the shower gel, but I brought my own, so it wasn't an issue.

First, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Wonderful people! Facilities were very clean and well maintained. Our room was great - very comfortable.

The expected shuttle service was not available. The hotel is not next to the airport. It cost me approximately $150 for the roundtrip. Compensation?
