Room was clean and spacious, Shower was nice with hot water and good pressure, AC kept us cool Used the indoor pool for night swimming

Bed was very uncomfortable. It was really soft and I enjoy firmer mattresses There was a small mix up with our room number. Before our checkout time (we were still asleep), I got a phone call from the front desk saying that they had received our key cards and needed to process incidental charges. To the best we can clarify, someone accidentally made two sets of key cards for our room. I know it was a simple mistake, but it meant an earlier than we wanted wake time and the concern over the mistake. The receptionist was nice about it, but I hope that doesn't occur in the future.

The property didn't have enough luggage dollies… And we were on the fifth floor. We waited and waited for one to become available and it never did. So we had to use the elevator several times going back-and-forth to the car. We got there in the evening and this was a bummer! Maybe the hotel can put a system in place where people have to return them immediately or get charged? I don't know maybe not that but something! That was really frustrating. Other than that, we loved our stay. (Also, it was the same problem when we checked out! None available. )

The beds were comfortable, and breakfast was served very fresh with a good variety each morning with the friendliest service. I recommend this hotel as a "sweet spot" if you are in the Ballantyne area for business or leisure.

The pool was filthy, but it wasn't a must do on our trip. The kids would've enjoyed it, though, had it been a better experience. There was trash and hair floating in the pool, and the water was green. This part of the facility should be taken care of much better as an affiliate of Marriott.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic! Just such a lovely place and I can’t wait to stay again. The hotel manager, Ramona, she does a fantastic job and her staff is equally caring. And, let me tell you what, this hotel has the BEST BREAKFAST hands down. Also, the room.. I actually got quite emotional when I opened my king suite.. Vaulted ceiling.. just so beautiful and lush. Just can’t say enough good things about it. And they even catered my special accommodations request of being booked on the ground floor. What a treat! Thank you so much SpringHill Suites!!

I thought the breakfast was okay , i would like to see more fruit options available for breakfast; however it was a great value for families and single guests. The EV charging was a great value along with community shopping, restaurants and other venues cultural and entertainment wise.

My stay was very nice, staff was friendly & accommodating. Amenities were great. Great value for EV traveling, inside pool. Many stays at these venues ultimately rely on the staff and this staff should have been commended. Thank you Spring Hill Suites.

We booked 1 night on the way to Miami and another on the way back. The primary reason we chose this hotel was it had EV chargers and included an excellent breakfast with nice vegan options. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet.

- 1 of the Tesla destination charger cables was broken. I notified the staff. I managed to charge with another. It is better to fix it and install more chargers since, both times, all the chargers were occupied. - the sliding bathroom doors pinched the kids' fingers between the handle and the wall. - as a father of 3 daughters, I find the idea of having a sliding semi-transparent bathroom door a terrible idea. My daughters have the same thoughts.

The staff was great!!! The guy Andrew at the front desk was very informative when arriving. He signed me up for a Bonvoy account. When leaving Ramona let us check out a 1hr later due to the fact I wasn't feeling good that morning with no problem. Very clean and comfortable. Love the location. I told my husband I would like to take him to stay again for a date night when back in Charlotte.

I missed out on the breakfast, due to the fact that I wasn't feeling well. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Springhill suites is so comfy since Ramona in the front desk makes you feel at home. Even it's Manager Emily helps you with all she can. All staff that clean and are at the breakfast too are AMAZING! This hotel is what it is because of these people! THANK YOU!!! 😊 May GOD bless you all!!

Great location. Really nice staff who were very helpful and generous. The breakfast was good with a range of items to choose from. The room was spacious.

The hotel looks a little tired from the outside. The gym is poor with only 6 machines, no TV remote and limited weights with no mats to stretch or uses

Location was great! Staff friendly! Atmosphere peaceful! Area was filled with shopping options! Breakfast was plentiful! The bar was nice! The room was clean and very comfortable! Just all around great time! We will definitely be back!

The young lady that checked me in tried to charge me $30.00 more than what I booked for. I questioned the pricing as to why it changed. She did whatever in the system and was able to see what I should have been paying versus what she was trying to charge me. Even though she corrected it, I didn’t like that she had no explanation as to why she was trying to give me an up charge and was able to see exactly what I booked for after I asked why. A bit strange too me.
