The hot breakfast provided every morning was a very satisfying bonus with the stay. Delicious options and nicely prepared. Indoor pool and Hot tub was great amenities as well. Area was well maintained

The comfort of the beds was not great (queen bed) Causing back pain to me and my partner, resulting in loss of sleep. Mattress seems to be extra firm!

It was nice and clean and a comfortable stay. Tanya at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The 2 bedroom/2bathroom suite was very spacious and accommodating for my family of 5. This is our 2 time at this location and it won’t be the last time. It was a great bargain for our stay during the holiday weekend for what was included.

The only thing was that I wish that had blackout curtains in the bedrooms or that the actual blackout curtains on the sides of the windows could close. Also I was a little disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working but at least they gave us the option to cancel our reservation without any penalty.

We enjoyed everything about the breakfast! There were plenty of options, the food was replenished quickly, there were plenty of seats available and the food was delicious!!! The pool was nice and the water temperature was perfect!

I think the bathroom was a little small and getting in and out of the shower was difficult because there was not much space because of the door. I also think there should have been extra blankets and pillow for the sleeper sofa. One of the receptionists at the front desk was not friendly when asking for help.

The rooms were clean and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable. The entire facility was clean and well decorated. The pool was available for use, and the hot tub worked well. The courtyard area had lots of seating, grills, games, and a beautiful water fountain. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast bar had ample options. Restaurants and shopping were nearby. I enjoyed my stay and will return.

I enjoyed the turkey sausage and pork sausage options for breakfast the first morning of my stay. I personally am not a fan of biscuits and gravy, so I didn't enjoy breakfast as much the second day. Nevertheless, there were several nonmeat options, and my family was able to receive a sufficient meal.

Found this place by chance for my anniversary that just so happened to fall on a weekday this year. When we checked in, there was a social going on in the dining area with free food and drinks! The staff were so friendly and invited us to come back down and hang out then also let us keep a whole bottle of one of the unfinished, barely opened bottles of wine (They opened the second one when we told them it was our special day). They were also super nice when we had asked for more sheets/ pillows. Although my husband had to go down to grab them, we didn’t mind since the staff were so nice and it was much better they asked if we wanted to go grab it versus just letting us wait since the person who hands them out was busy at the time. Overall, super good stay and we definitely will be back!

I love the rooms very clean and spacious the location was good and the pool and hot tub are nice being it was cold outside

I only have one complaint and it was the shower the drain was not sufficient for me as I have thicker hair I would have to turn shower off and on so it wouldn't overflow it was already that way as my husband had a issue as well it seems the way the tub drain was installed or made is not sufficient for a hotel where it is used a few times a night by guest

We were happy. The price-quality ratio. In this price category, this was the best breakfast, there was no microwave in the kitchen, we had to go and make porridge in the room. But everything is super, a beautiful area for walks, a beautiful lobby where breakfast is served. We took a room with a mini kitchen, there were all the dishes and even pots. If we go in this direction again, we will definitely stay at this hotel. The bathroom was clean.

there is a slight smell of old

I liked that the room had a kitchen area and the living room was very comfortable. The hotel was located close to a gas station, Japanese restaurant & other food places. It was about a 5-20 drive to get to Carowinds which was great.

I don't think housekeeping had been to our room in a while because when we checked in there was no soap, hand lotion or anything at the face basin/sink like you normally see in hotels. The shampoo, conditioner & h=shower gel dispensers were also not full.

I loved everything about the property but the keen attention to detail is what really sold me. For instance our room had a laundry basket and the kitchen was fully equipped and included a pitcher, extra hidden trash can and paper towels. The breakfast was also excellent and had something for everyone to enjoy.

Everything was superb the only thing that wasn’t perfect was slow drainage in the shower. I will still return.

The employees that worked in the breakfast area were extremely pleasant throughout our entire stay they went above and beyond to make our experience good.

On arrival the desk Clerk was not helpful after I showed her my confirmation number she kept insisting she didn't have a reservation for me under that number instead of try to apologize and get me a room she then told me I could get a room but I would have to pay the walk-in price. At no time did she seem sorry for my inconvenience. we had a family 14 people to be staying there for that period my suggestion is to remind the employees that even if the guest is confused or and error was made in the system try to be emphatic to their needs. I have been in customer service for 40 years, and I know it can be difficult, but staying pleasant is the key to return business.
