Location was perfect, and hotel was very clean. Our room had HVAC issues, and we had to wait to have it checked out. We were moved when a room became ready. The bed was quite comfortable, and it was nice to have a small bar on site. Having a kitchen with all of the essential appliances was awesome.

Our only issue had to do with the size of the room. We thought a King Suite would be larger. While the kitchen area was spacious with a microwave and refrigerator, the bedroom was very tight, with only a TV (on stand) separating that part from the "compact" sofa area. When we mentioned that we thought we had booked a one-bedroom suite, we were told that this room was the largest suite they have. Overall a positive experience and would stay there again...loved the area!

Everything was very nice. Breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Parking was a problem when one night three trucks pulling utility or uhaul trailers took up a total of 14 parking places. Some folks that came in after us would not be able to find a parking space. Probably not the fault of the hotel but can be a little unsettling when you come in for the night and there are no places to park.

The hotel is new, modern and extremely clean. The check-in staff were very pleasant and allowed us to check-in early. They accommodated our request for feather pillows. The room itself was very clean and well kept up. The bathroom was quite large with a very nice sizable walk-in shower.

In general we enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt, but if I had to drop our visit from exceptional to very good, it would be for: 1) as is the case for a lot of hotel rooms we have visited, although the bathroom itself was generous in size, the sink vanity top was extremely small - way too small for two adults with toiletries. There was maybe 6 inches of space on the left side of the sink and another 6 inches on the right side with the towel ring in the way; and 2) our room was on the outer/street side of the hotel and it was extremely noisy. From police/ambulance sirens to people showing off how loud their cars can be, it really detracted from our stay. It's possible that it could be quieter in rooms in the inner/courtside of the hotel.

The location is convenient to main roads and restaurants, without being noisy. Our room was super clean and very comfortable! The staff was friendly, and checking in and out was a breeze.

An area for improvement... We stayed 3 days, and each morning the breakfast buffet needed refilled. The women working in the area was very busy, and obviously doing her best to keep up. However, she needed help.

We stayed for 3 nights and got to interact with several different staff members and they were all exceptional. Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday was great, the selection was different each day and excellent quality. The hotel was spotless even the public restroom on the first floor near the check-in area. We also liked that there were so many seating options near the pool.

Breakfast on Monday was a little disappointing, it wasn't as organized or well stocked as the weekend breakfast. Also, the parking lot isn't the best. Being it's shared with other buildings, there were times that we couldn't find a space when we came back from being out for the day. The room was a little small for being a king suite.

Awesome Location—walkable, close to restaurants, grocery, park. Lovely Suite. Clean guest Laundry facility.

Unattended large dog barking for hours for two evenings in room beside me. I called front desk both days, multiple times. They said they could not reach the guest by phone.

I always love coming to this hotel to stay. It’s a great location, love the lobby, spacious rooms, and I have a good view. The staff at the front desk are always polite and nice to me every time I come!

The one thing I was disappointed about was that the refrigerator was not clean and it smelled, so I was not comfortable with putting leftover food in there or drinks. When the staff cleans the room, please consider the refrigerator and ice bucket, please. That was also not fully cleaned.

I absolutely love the location and comfort of the room and facilities.

I've stayed here previously, so my dislike isn't normal for this hotel. I didn't like all of the hairs in our bathroom. It looked as though someone was rushing possibly. Also, the breakfast on Monday & Tuesday was a little lacking. When it came to the pancakes and waffles.

Location. The room size. The beds are 10/10 for comfort.

The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. Numerous hair in the shower, sink, and All on the floor. Etc. Also they snacks/drinks were out. Would have to come stocked or make a store run during our stay.

BREAKFAST WAS FRESH AND AMAZING! They really put their foot into it! The rooms were comfy, as soon as I hit my head on that pillow I was out like a light. And the black out curtains, OH MY GOSH I LOVED THEM!

I LOVED EVERY BIT OF IT! NOTHING TO DISLIKE!
