The location of the hotel

That the kitchen appliances are not provided only upon request. So if I had anything other than finger food I would have had to go downstairs and request what appliances I needed versus them already being in the room. I'm not sure if its a corporate decision but I was confused on why there was so many big towels in the bathroom and only two wash towels and if you need any extra towels in general you have to bring down the dirty ones to exchange. The only reason I'm stating these concerns is because it's not this close to you during check-in. I understand they have wooden floors but those could be clean every once in awhile.

The entire place is fantastic, staff great. I was very disappointed In the " included breakfast" that few old stale muffins is sad. The coffee had hardly any creamers and it's was a huge disappointment for such a beautiful place. I realize they have kitchens etc but not everyone needs those or wishes to use them. Ty

The stale excuse for a breakfast. A few stale muffins.. no yogurt, or bagel or fruit or anything really. It's not COVID so this was a huge disappointment and the sole reason I likely won't be back.

El Trato de front desk debhora was amazing

I arrived late because cancel flight and the hotel Cancel De room at 1 am automatically and I need to do another reservation they told Me That booking or the Hotel Will reimbursed the Room cost

The staff was very helpful and accommodating, my mothers flight to Panama was canceled and they helped her with dishes, pots and pans, upgraded her wifi and much more. I am forever team Extended Stay awesome job.

Small detail but definitely not a deal breaker. My family came in for a funeral and we all wanted to be on the same floor but unfortunately it wasn't possible.

A larger array of breakfast options, I am not sure if the lobby is essentially a good place to serve free breakfast for the entire hotel. Maybe having it in a separate room with more tables and chairs would be more efficient to not pack such a small room.

Close to everything. People were friendly!

The bed was very uncomfortable. Bathroom did not have a hair dryer.

Clean rooms, and very comfortable. Staff went out of their way for us a couple of times. Can't recommend highly enough. Great price to boot.

Rooms are small and snug. Pillows are small and hard.

Great place to stay for a great price! Employees were super nice and helpful. Kelly was the best! He helped us with some issues we had with the TV even though it was late at night. Great guy!

The Top Floor was nice. I enjoyed the experience.

The breakfast was horrible. No juice, no milk for the oatmeal. Have a cup of coffee, is their breakfast.

The location was nice and was easy accessible, the staff was friendly.

I didn't like the dog hair that got on my socks while walking around the room just for a night.
