Everything about our stay was excellent. The only “bad” thing I could say is that the elevator was creaky and jolted me like a catapult. But I have a fear of elevators, so it probably wouldn’t be a big deal to a normal person. The bath tub also creaked and I didn’t like that because I was worried about bothering the people below us. It ended up being that we were above the lobby so that made me feel a little better. I had three bookings this stay and got confused about which room we were checking out of, and they were very understanding about my mistake. Excellent breakfast the whole three days we were here. Housekeeping and clean towels daily. 10/10!

When we checked in, the man at the desk was super helpful and accommodating. The room is simple, yet exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bed is absolutely divine! The hot breakfast was amazing and there were options to choose from. I am really grateful for the Dove products that come complimentary in the rooms. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion on the wall of the bathroom! The only thing I would change is the hand soap from a bar to a bottle! Kids love the indoor heated pool. Budget friendly with all the perks! We stayed here before, when it was a Comfort Inn and Suites! It’s our go to spot when we travel for basketball tournaments and I’m glad we found it again!

We stayed at this property because it was close to my son soccer tournament and for the price. It was really good. The breakfast every morning didn’t disappoint. The bed were comfortable and the pills were not ridiculously hard. The water pressure in the shower was great and they do have dove products in the restroom, which is fantastic. The windows open so it’s nice if you feel a little muggy in the room also has microwave fridge is pretty basic and the pool doesn’t go more than 4 feet.

I think the pool needs more air circulation. It’s so humid. It’s hard to breathe in there. The elevator is a little scary. It drops your stomach every time you go on it. Find a couple of bugs. I’m not sure if they were really small water bugs or a tick or a really large cockroach. All I know is we killed it and it went down the drain

I liked that you have full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower/tub. I also like that you have a full size lotion dispenser in the bathroom. I wish you had liquid hand wash instead of bar soap. I also like that there were a lot of pillows on the bed.

There was no where to hang our clothes in our room and no drawers.

I was charged double. I wa charged the night prior by Booking.com and again upon arrival. The front desk told me the charges for the stay and the $75 deposit would be returned after check-out. That was Sunday morning. It is now Wedn 11pm and I still have not seen my charges returned. That is my only gripe and concern.

The Hotel was extremely clean and seems to have been quite recently refurbished. The front desk staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful when we could not get our TV remote to work and they resolved our issue quickly and easily. Our room was great and had everything we needed. Location was perfect for us and breakfast was nice too. Really happy with our whole stay and would highly recommend to all.

There was nothing we did not like.

Room decor is simple, clean and bed was very comfortable, Breakfast was better than expected. We travel to Charlotte frequently and this will be our new go to hotel!

Unfortunately the seat cushion on the upholstered chair was stained and dirty. I did mention it at checkout and the attendant took note and said it would not happen again.

I love that the facility was clean and the staff was overly friendly and helpful. Being disabled can be hard at times, but John made sure I was OK and check on me to make sure I didn’t need anything. I will definitely stay here again!

The only thing I did not like about my stay…. The shower in the handicap bathroom was painted and that makes it very slippery when wet. My 6yrold niece fell in the shower because of it. I had to put a towel down on the floor of the shower in order to stand when it’s wet because it is so slippery, and that’s before the soap.

Affordable for a quick visit. Perfect for the stay. The staff was friendly, and very servicing when we needed something. Recommended for a quick stay.

Bath tub drainage was clogged, but I understand if they couldn't come and get it fix on time, for the time we stayed there. It's ok, but maybe maintenance can check before visitors can come for the stay.

The hotel was very clean, the bed was comfortable, check in was so easy and check out was as well! Everyone was extremely polite and made us feel welcomed! We only stayed one night but we will be making plans to stay here again! Even if we don't do anything but go away for the weekend! Thank you to all of the staff that made our stay great!!
