It was very clean and the staff were super nice. The pool was closed most of the day on Friday bc they had put chemicals in earlier in the morning but later in the evening we asked when it would be open bc my son wanted to swim. The guy at the front desk stated that he could open it for us bc enough time had passed and we were very grateful for that. Also the ladies who were doing the breakfast were excellent and the food selection was very good compared to another hotel we usually stay at

Property was clean & comfortable & location was good for the event we attended.

Check in was horrible. I had prepaid reservations but when I checked in, the person at registration desk was rude and insistent I did not have a reservation! She tried to have me purchase another reservation even though I had the confirmation on my phone. After calling the manager at home, she gave us a room but not the one we paid for. She said it would probably be resolved by the day we checked out. It was not until days later . Won’t do that again!

We had one hiccup upon check in Saturday night. However in the morning the front desk representative Lisa addressed and resolved the issue. The room, facility, and breakfast were all great. I need to thank Lisa again, because had she not resolved our issue, then my review would not be as positive.

Convenience to event, shopping, food. The facility was clean. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices.

My ONLY complaint was definitely out of the hotel’s control. The closest elevator to our room was out of service. It wouldn’t have mattered except my elderly mother was along and she has a lot of trouble walking. I know it was not the hotel’s fault as it is hard to get service from outside companies.

I can't say enough how wonderful this Hampton Inn is. All of the staff are wonderful and the rooms and common areas are very clean. The breakfast is a real breakfast, and they also have bagged breakfast if you are in a hurry. Wonderful place to stay.

King suite was spacious and the bathroom was clean. Also the continental breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Also we had our furry friend with us which wasn't a problem.

The climate control seemed to short cycle and being a HVAC tech it's hard to not notice. Although it did cool the room it took longer than usual to get to the desired temp.

The non refundable pet fee. It should be refundable! My husband makes a much bigger mess than my little dog does.

I was very disappointed in the rate Booking charged. Much higher than the regular rate.

The receptionist didn’t accommodate us very well. We had to pay for another room when we arrived when we already prepaid for 2 rooms. The situation has yet to be resolved.

The location was perfect, literally 3 mins away from my in-laws and close to shopping plaza

The water pressure in the bathroom was poor and the sink backed up
