I brought by dog and there were plenty of places for me to walk him. The room was clean and roomy. The breakfast had a decent selection, nothing really fancy, just normal hotel breakfast food. Check in was easy and I had no issues with my reservation.

We were on the 3rd floor and the ice machine did not work on the floor above or below us, we had to go to the bottom floor for ice. Getting in and out of this location was somewhat difficult due to the one way, we had to go down and do a uturn at the light every time we left the hotel to go towards the city.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming! The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. And the breakfast was great! (The person staffing the breakfast that next morning was on top of it! We never ran out of anything on her watch. :) ) It looked like there was a space outside where you could grill out and sit with others to relax in warmer weather - next time! The convenience "shop" was well stocked. We enjoyed our brief stay - thanks!

The indoor pool was tiny, but we didn't end up having time to use it anyway. (Would be perfect for small children.) We struggled to figure out how to adjust the temperature in the room, as did my mom in her room. Might consider providing instructions to make the room temperature more comfortable.

This hotel is by far my favorite hotel that I have stayed at. The room was very clean, very spacious, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was so sweet and kind and so helpful even after I kept coming back with little issues and questions they were wonderful. Special shout-out to the General manager Mr. Childress, he made my stay there so accommodating and he was kind from the moment I got there until the day I left. Also I really enjoyed the heated pool, very clean and well kept and was very enjoyable to be in haha 😆

The room was comfortable although not as clean as I would prefer. The breakfast was good, although the service was lacking ( I had to track someone down to restock the bowls and spoons and refill the water).

Check-in staff wasn't very friendly. They weren't rude but it would be nice to see a welcoming smile and have a polite conversation. I was the only one at the desk so it wasn't as if they were busy. When I tried to ask a question later in the day, the staff obviously saw me approaching but decided to turn away and go into the back area. She came right out when I called for her which tells me she didn't have to leave in the first place.

Breakfast was typical, nothing special or having the "wow" affect. The location was easy to find. The room suit its' purpose; even though I left a day earlier.

Upon reading and researching the room I selected. It was suppose to have a king size bed in one room and two queen size beds in another. The reservationist I spoke to confirmed this by stating, yes sir, you have a suite. I booked through booking..com (a 3rd parry). The room I received upon arrival only had two full size beds in it. Although it clearly stated and I saw a king size bed and two queen size bed in their advertisement. Renters beware! The price was too good to be true!

I really was not looking forward to breakfast as I do not eat pork and rarely ever see turkey sausages on a hotel breakfast menu, but was surprised that turkey sausage was available for one of the mornings of my stay. I even enjoyed the egg white fritter the morning of my checkout. Overall breakfast was great

I did not like the bed as it was very firm and hard to get comfortable, I like a more medium plush bed with some, that bed had no cushion and I woke up with in pain

Very nice and clean ,good breakfast staff was great ,(keep up the good work) , two tv' s loved that and oh the indoor pool was a plus

Not that I didn't appreciate it but the deep cleaning rug,beds,sofa while guess are there because it did take awhile to dry they said we didn't have to leave the room but really we had to because nowhere to sit probably would be better if they did it when room not occupied so it can dry properly

The location was perfect with easy access from Independence Avenue. The room was clean and had both a microwave and mini-fridge. The water was hot with plenty of pressure. The breakfast was plentiful and had both hot and cold selections with excellent coffee and juice. The staff were amazingly friendly!

The room was a little small and the bed was just a touch hard for my taste. Not horrible, though. I slept well with no noise.

They pool wasn't open,and that's not a big thing,but I was looking forward to a swim indoors.and could use more channels on the tv.

The room was for the most part clean, they had a small and terrible selection for instant meals and snacks, the breakfast was subpar and I didn't get a chance to use the pool.

There was a random hair in my bed, and that weirded me out, the breakfast was subpar lol, the wifi was not very strong.
