I was in the bar and got some food to take back to my room , it was a 2 out of ten. I ended up throwing it away

It was a lovely hotel! So modern and tons of space in the rooms. We were SO comfortable! The pool was also beautiful and so great on hot days. Plus the proximity to local shops and restaurants could not be beat. They are pet friendly too which was such a plus!
Nothing I can think of that was bad really! The breakfast was minimal but not a deal breaker by any means.

The staff are amazing friendly and very professional. We found the room just great and we stayed there on three separate occasions in November. The breakfast was delicious and the bar was fun. We live in Australia but have family nearby the hotel. We highly recommend this Homewood Suites!

The Homewood Suites SouthPark/Charlotte, NC is a well appointed luxury hotel. The rooms, common areas, and hotel were very clean. We ate breakfast one morning, and really appreciate that offering.
There was no wi-fi for customer’s personal devices. However, there was wi-fi in the hotel’s business center.

The staff were really good, especially Jehan and the other night staff as well. Always smiling and always willing to help.
The breakfast timings can be extended a bit. Sometimes, it is hard to make it to the breakfast if you sleep in until 9.

The rooms were spacious, well kept, and well equipped. The location was great. The morning breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly. The hotel bar was convenient. Parking was easy to access.

there was a problem with the hot water. it was fixed by the next day. We were in town for a family wedding. so glad it got fixed in time.
