The room could have been swept and mopped better. There were toenail clippings under the bathroom vanity when we arrived.

The property is nice! The room was clean, the pool was warm & clear, the staff was nice and they serve breakfast in the club lounge.

- I wish they would fix the second elevator. The wait time to take the elevator was extremely too long in my opinion. So, if you have reservations anywhere, leave early to give yourself time to get to the lobby. Unless, you don’t mind taking the emergency staircase. - The hallway carpet was a really bad design choice. In addition, there are dirt or coffee stains in the carpet. I’m not saying the staff does not clean, but maybe they should hire a professional carpet cleaner.

Loved the modern design of the room! Beautiful! Nice and quiet! Love the late check out of 12p! The food was amazing! Shrimp and grits and fries!!! Woww!!! Never had so good of food at a hotel!!

The staff both at night and morning was in a rush to get us out their face! The one from our arrival was speaking fast, my husband said it was bc she was in a rush to get back to her text messaging. I missed the phone in her hand. Neither of them ever said anything to make us feel welcome, or to welcome us back! No formal greeting or farewell. More like, here is your receipt. Ohhh! Our towels looked like someone was just using the room before us. I’ve never seen a hotel with jacked up towels. They were not neatly folded. One rag was sitting on the counter all sprawled out like… really? My husband told me he didn’t touch anything in the bathroom. They need to be a lot more tidy and professional when setting up the bathroom.

Our room design was exceptional. We enjoyed the modern surroundings and cleanliness. It was a treat for the eyes :-). Also, it was super conveniently located to both Piedmont Town Center and SouthPark Mall. We walked everywhere!

The front desk was friendly and helpful in getting us checked in but could have been a little bit more knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Also, it was a shame that the beautiful wallpaper in ALL of the halls was marred. It looked like the service carts were pressed along the walls leaving consistent horizontal lines in the hallways.

The hotel was nice and the location was excellent. The staff didn't seem to be very knowledgeable, charged my card for a room that was prepaid. The room was not as clean as I excerpted A club level room to be. Complimentary breakfast wasn't available the Monday morning when I checked out, which was highly disappointing. I definitely expected better, but would stay again to give them time for improvement.

The Club level room was not clean as it should have been...the bathroom in particular.

No ability to make code in the room and no coffee provided in the lobby for people in a hurry. Had to buy coffee at the bar.

Hotel was updated and clean! Staff were great, pool and gym excellent. Location is beauy

We had drinks at the bar. Cocktails were delicious, expensive but that’s everywhere now

That meals were at the convenience and Starbucks coffee for the guest. We liked the multiple entrances & exits of hotel. Even though hotel doing some repairs, they only blocked main elevators at night to avoid the heavy traffic during the day. Having back up plan to use optional elevator. Free covered parking.

Having maps & brochures of attractions in the area.

Beautiful public areas and our room had exceptional lighting. We booked based on the indoor pool but actually never made it there after enjoying a delicious burger at the bar.

Exceptionally clean room, and hotel overall. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location, very close to center city and lots to do!
