The check-in was easy and fast. Noticeably, the floor carpet along the halfway to our room looked new, clean and fresh. Our room was also neat and clean. I took note and appreciated that when I requested for a quiet, corner room while I booked a room, Residence Inn delivered. Thank you. And the breakfast offering was very satisfactory. The choices were plentiful, and the hot dishes were served hot.

The toilet/ bathroom is basic. There should be better amenities, ie. soap & body lotion. There was not even an extra toilet paper as most hotel should provide.

Loved that it was 2 bedrooms each with its own bathrooms plus the living room/kitchen. The lady who staffed the front desk 6/4 at 4:30. Give her a raise. It’s hard to find good customer service anywhere nowadays. She was a blessing, cheerful, friendly and just happy and kind.

1. Pool was closed. This should be noted. No biggie though. 2. We put the sign on the door that we were all set yet housekeeping came in. In doing so they took my head towels I brought for after washing my hair. 3. Beds are too high…. Couldn’t get in and out without a running straight. Had to buy a 12 pack of soda to use as a stepping stool.

I loved the atmosphere of feeling like I was in my own home it was just smaller but so cozy and really felt like home. I love the staff members which were Ms or Mrs Lorraine and Mrs or Ms Christine and Ms or Mrs Jennifer and there were two other very polite ladies that was on morning shift. I really give thanks to Mr Arron on 3rd shift. He was so very helpful, and took the time to answer my questions about the pizza place and it's food. I have two granddaughters who was wanting Chinese food, but it was closed. So Arron help convince the girls to get wings and pizza. Thank you all so much. Excellent stay and Premium Staff. We are planning our next visit there now, and hoping for the same room 717. Thank you for being a great team of people, and so very very friendly and polite and I must say some genuine caring folk!!!!. Thank you once again.

There wasn't anything really not to like.

Let me say that the GM and the AGM were incredible. I immediately knew by the absolute frantic pace of the gentleman that someone must have called out or did not come to work. I am a 27 year veteran of the service industry and truly believe those two men went above and beyond to make sure the guests were cared for. Stunning display of work ethic and dedication to the brand. Bravo gentleman, Bravo.

Fireplace didn’t work. Would have been nice on that 20 degree evening

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and perfect for our needs.

Property was having maintenance (painting). The lifts being used were right outside our windows and constantly beeping (first thing in the morning even on Saturday and Sunday). Being a leisure or business trip it would have been nice to not be woken by the noise. Our windows were covered in plastic as well.

We have a lovely time. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Not that I didn't like it. A few more breakfast options would be great.

There was an issue with my booking and the lady working the front desk at check in went above and beyond to make the problem better without me even asking! And the woman who seemed like the hotel manager saw us the next morning and was asking about our stay like she knew us. Super friendly and accommodating staff!

The breakfast was exceptional. We also enjoy the indoor pool definitely made the entire trip.

I did not like the paid parking. They were QR code, but the price was not listed once she scanned the QR code. I just automatically ask for your card information. I did not like that.

We love it! The rooms are big enough, bathrooms are small but nothing you can’t deal. Breakfast is perfect with a lot of options for food and drinks. The Pool was a good plus to finish our day in this hot weather, and it’s open until 10pm!
