The staff was friendly, helpful and polite. The room and common spaces were clean and well maintained, and the pool was lovely. The room was comfortable and quiet, with little to no sound from other rooms or the hallway seeping in.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. It was a nicely upkept building with a wonderful staff. It met my needs/expectations, so I have no complaints.

I went out for breakfast because the prices were too high and they did not have a chef. Dinner was pricey and they had to get someone to come and prepare the meal( no chef). The chicken wings were very small . They had no croutons and the Caesar salad was sparse.

The staff was very good but the whole food service was not up to par. The sofa was very uncomfortable .

Great location away from traffic noise. Room overlooks Lovely courtyard Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Room was very clean and comfortable. Tv easy to use. Lovely balcony.

The property was absolutely clean and a wonderful location. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

What I did not appreciate was the fact that there was no breakfast available other than purchasing it from the little Bristo that they have there and the prices were outrageous. For this reason we had to go out to eat for all of our meals.

The late-night shit staff could have been more accommodating in handing room keys to my family members whom I reserved the three rooms for. I spoke on the phone with the concierge, who told me I had to be there in person to pick up room keys or else she wouldn't hand the keys to anyone. Additionally, the entire 2nd floor was so loud because a basketball team was in town for a tournament, and it was very difficult to sleep at night due to loud noises and constant door slaming. I made several complaints, but there wasn't anything that the staff could do because most of the 2nd-floor rooms were occupied by the players.

The staff were professional and very attentive to my needs. The cleanliness of the room was acceptable. The location of the hotel was great.

There was hair in my shower. The walls were thin so I heard my neighbors conversing.

Beds were comfy, great AC, very clean property

During checkout/morning time it is very loud and I’m not speaking in terms of hearing people talk as they walk down the hallway any room door that closes should I say slam it radiates through the rm it will definitely wake you up

The closeness to where I was performing and to other areas like South Park Mall, Cheesecake Factory etc…

I didn’t like the rooms not having microwaves. This is the 1st place that I’ve stayed at that didn’t have a microwave in the room. Was not happy about this at all😟.
